Rubbish machines didnt wash my clothes owed a refund

Paid for dryer….system took the money and turns our dryer was in use. So €14 vanished. To process credits they need your IBAN and sort code. Other retailers just ask for the card you paid it on to credit you. NOT THESE GUYS…keeping your cash is king. Why would the system let you pay for a machine allready in use. Would highly recommend not to use until their IT glitches are sorted out. Topping up a machine in use…nonsense. Most people would want to check if their clothes are dry before spending more money so I feel it’s an another revenue stream. Voucher feature not working yet….all fishy. Beware.

We put over e50 into the machines, finally gave up and left our clothes into a laundrymat,which cost us another e50..this is not an isolated incident, it has happened many times before..please bring your laundry somewhere else.. this company is the pits.

Washing came out dirtier than when you put it in. Avoid Dunshaughlin machines. Dryer doesn’t seem to work either. A man at the time I was there put duvets covers in and after 1 hour they still weren’t anywhere near dry and he had a very light load

I used your service on the Tramore road Waterford. I paid 11 euros to wash my quilt machine number 3. There was hardly any water There was no detergent provided and it did not complete the cycle. Why on earth did I pay you for a service you did not fully provide. You ripped me off. This is appalling.

I requested compensation and I was refunded.

The idea is good but the services needs to be looked at and improved.

Need to update the following:
All washing station shall be checked AT LEAST weekly, some station is like a junk yard.
Not all station able to sent email receipt (sure 90% customer have email).
Some dryer no heat (happened 3 times and paid extra due need the washing urgently)!
Contact customer service is a JOKE.
Man is a great facility but the workflow is so bad.
People whom putting into the dryer doesn't care about the time, 2 incident I waited over 15min still not collected. This shall be penalties, to unlock it you need to pay EXTRA this will benefit your company but also make sure the client collects on time.
With todays technology is easily be able to implement! Even in Asia you could do that, Ireland is so behind.

Nah I wont use your company anymore nor will I waste my time contacting the VS which I heard from other user that they is a painful process not worth it, found another whom doing much better...

Broken machines. We pay, load the machine just to find out they arent working. Happened twice today and its simply absurd. It seems easier to put the customer up to the trouble of having to request refunds that might take ages rather than putting a simple "NOT WORKING" sign or block the payment panel.

I have no choice but to use these machines as I do not have a house so this is my only way of washing my clothes for work, I have been let down several times in the past by these machines, the machine takes money but doesn't work, I have emailed them on the email address provided on the machines, they failed to reply. Today the dryer took money twice from my card and the machine failed to work, so I phoned them up and explained that I couldn't afford to be robbed, they then sent me a ridiculous refund form to fill out, which was almost impossible to do. They then advised me to use their other dryer, I only had a small amount of money left for food but had no choice but to use it on their other dryer, this dryer failed to dry my clothing and I couldn't afford to spend anymore money on it again. The issue is now, that I have no dry clothing for work, nowhere to dry my clothes, and now not enough money to eat sufficiently. EDIT: I used the machines in Ireland, so the response asking me to remove my review is unjustified. I don not need to contact UK, as this is not in the UK. EDIT 2: I am still awaiting for a response regarding a refund, then last night I decided to try and use the same machines again, this time a small machine as I needed to wash my coat, and again it took the money from my card €5.50, then it went around and around for about 30mins then just stopped and said "error no water! And yet it still took the money and my coat was bone dry and even more dirty when I took it out. So once again I was robbed by the machines, if I was to total just how much money these machines have robbed me for over the past 2 years it would probably go into the hundreds. More hardship caused by these machines. WARNING DO NOT USE THESE MACHINES!!!!
