I was wary about the site due to other feedback, however so pleased I took the chance. I called directly to order a new mobile and monthly contract. The lady I spoke with was friendly and professional, I was advised to keep an eye out for shipping details as it would likely be a few days. I then received a call within the hour asking me to complete the security checks as the phone I had ordered was in stock & could be delivered the following day. The phone was delivered the following morning within the hour time slot via DPD. Great service and have already recommended to family and colleagues

I placed an order a nearly a week ago and nothing has happened I have gotten no confirmation saying it’s done. They also don’t have any working customer service

Awful, phone never turned up and they took upfront payment and all my ID.

Ordered my phone last week got an email stating it was out of stock. But they still took my money out of my bank. I would recommend going else where for your phone. Tried phoning them goes to answer phone to leave a message. They don’t phone you back either. If you are in same situation I would recommend going to citizen advice. There are good third party companies like theses that are good This is not one of them.

I ordered my phone from Reward Mobile a few weeks ago, and it’s still not here. The site is great and the prices are reasonable, but I’m getting frustrated. I’ve received a weekly email saying “we still awaiting stock,” but I haven’t seen any progress.

I placed my order got my SIM card in the post. So i was just waiting for my cashback after 60days i emailed them on the 04/08/25 asking where is my cashback they emailed saying my order was cancelled but it was not cancelled at all so looks like i am not getting my cashback at all now. I will never use this website every again.

They don't answer questions just cancel contract due to out of stock with out telling you and when u message they don't like answering

I disappointedly have to agree with theese poor reviews I got accepted for a phone was sent out the contract I had an issue so I rang and managed to get threw to someone I sent them my copy of Id bank and passport that was super easy but finding out when my phone will arrive is frustrating as I'm getting no communication now from you I've phoned and phoned Web chat not available and sent emails I'm feeling like they have scammed me for my private id details just to update my phone arrived today 25th of april so really pleased about that

I am now restoring my rating to five stars, as I had previously stated I would.

Initially, I encountered an issue:
The phone I had ordered was out of stock, and it took several days of follow-up before I finally received it.

That said, the company conducted itself professionally throughout, and I would readily recommend their services.

However, I have observed that they request certain customers to provide photographic identification, such as a passport or driving licence. In my view, this poses a considerable security risk.

I was approved, but unsurprisingly, the phone is out of stock, something that wasn’t disclosed until after the process was completed. I’m now left waiting for the next update via email. Not exactly a promising first impression. If the phone eventually arrives, I’ll be happy to revise this to five stars, but at present, it’s rather disappointing.

Moreover, if the specific handset is genuinely out of stock, one has to question why there are still numerous advertisements on their website promoting they offering various plans and network options for the very same device. It feels quite misleading...
AGAIN I DO RECOMEND TO ANYONE THIS COMPANY...
