Staff fairly nice but the prices are too high. Almost everything is cheaper elsewhere. Please lower your prices.

Why is it almost every time there’s an issue with the points. Please train your staff better. Give them the proper training. It’s not my job to train them as a customer. Yes you read that right! I’m training them every time I go in there. Your manager doesn’t even apologize for THEIR mistake. I’m not a”Karen” either just a pissed off customer!!!

I have been a Rexall customer for 12 years, (2011), and have no intention of changing my allegiance at this late stage in my life. The Rexall outlet at109 Dundas Street East in Trenton, Ontario is by far the friendliest and most accommodating pharmacy in all of Eastern Ontario. Operated by the Patel family, I am greeted almost as a family member and their courtesy has never been less than superb. One of the younger staff members, Brijesh Patel, treats me like royalty and my prescriptions have always been prepared by him in a timely manner. Communication between myself and staff members is clear and concise. I sincerely hope that my health and well-being will allow me to continue my loyalty to Rexall well into my senior years. Thank you Patel family.

I was at Rexall store yesterday at Strathcona Park location and I bought some snacks.
The cashier helped me was Sheikha, she was indeed an awesome person and staff memeber. She not only explained me the members card but went above and beyond helping me. 5 stars to her.

I am deeply disappointed and frustrated with the recent closure of the 200 Rideau St. location of this drugstore. The lack of communication was shocking; there were no phone calls, no SMS, and not even an email to inform customers about the closure. I was greeted by a mere notice on the door when I arrived to pick up prescriptions for my entire family. To add insult to injury, I later discovered that all 6-8 of our prescriptions had been transferred to another location without our consent. This is not just an inconvenience but a serious breach of trust. Medications are sensitive and personal, and transferring them without even a courtesy call is unacceptable. The staff's indifference when I contacted the new location to inquire about the transferred prescriptions was the final straw. This experience has severely eroded my trust in this drugstore chain, and I will be taking my prescriptions elsewhere. The lack of communication and unauthorized actions are inexcusable and reflect poorly on the entire chain. I would give them a zero, but I have no choice but to give this experience a one-star rating.

I was surprised when the Rexall pharmacist refused to prescribe me antibiotics uti. I was under the impression they were allowed to dispense these without a drs prescription. I went to the walk in clinic across town and returned with the prescription. By this time I was in agonizing pain and was very surprised to be told antibiotics were on back order!! I was told to go to another drug store! This time i went to Shoppers and they treated me with respect and filled the prescription. I wont be goin back ti Rexall on Fitch st.

Renfrew Rexall, Saturday morning 9AM, Customers lined up outside, will not open, due to lack of pharmacist...company policy.
Too bad for promoting Canadian business. Guess I'll take my business to WALMART.

The girls seemed time and time again to prefer their phones over customers, the pharmacists? If u can find one , half a dozen people walking around apparently rexall pharmacy employees should just shrug their shoulders and continue on their phones. I know there is a shortage in pharmacist, but this is the most unprofessional pharmacy I’ve ever been to.

Terrible service, always waiting even though you’ve gotten the email saying prescription is ready for pick up, lost prescriptions. Can’t believe such inept people work in the healthcare system. Will be going to shoppers drug mart going forward.

Terrible (unkind, impolite, insensitive, inconsiderate, unprofessional) people working in Rexal Pharmacy located in 11080, 51 ave. They should not have been in the health care system where it is all about saving lives, protecting and promoting health and longevity.

I am writing on behalf of a new immigrant Venezuelan couple, which do not speak English.

They are new comers to this country and are now starting their lives at the Niagara region.

On May 16, 2023 they went out to the drift store and were given a black bag with a few other little things, then decided to go to the Rexall store to buy some pills for headaches. They entered the store with the bag, as obviously had no where to leave it, as they don’t have a car. Then, decided to roll the black bag and put it in the small part of the cart, the bag was closed. They then felt like were being followed and stare at by a few employes. When they took the pills from the shelf and proceeded to put them in the cart, they were approached by the assistance manager and another employee, took the cart from them and the pills and started accusing them of stealing, there was a language barrier so they couldn’t understand what the ladies were saying 100%. The Venezuelan man, in the mean time decided to do a video as they were being unfairly treated. Anyways, they were thrown out of the store, the assistance manager and other employee started calling them “Loco Spanish” and FU. The assistant manager then call the police on them.

I was able to speak to the police officer and told the couple’s side of the story. I also called customer service and waiting to hear back from them.

Funny thing, I was going thorough the reviews and noticed is not the first time this happens.

The couple feel they were being discriminated against. They are not allow to go back into the store.

I went into the rexall at the Hazeldean Mall in Kanata, ON to pick up my prescription, it was a new prescription and the pharmacist didn’t take the time to do a consult on how to use the injection, how to store-it and they didn’t even tell me I needed to purchase needles for it. I had to Google online on how to use the product. So disappointed with this pharmacy.

Rexall are Scammers. Keep away. Hope they go bust. The Stouffville store should be closed down.

Rexall us a great pharmacy . I live thé lay out if the stores . It’s not cluttered and they have not become a grocery store . However I sm concerned about their vitamins such as Calcium that contains maltodextrin and titanium dioxide and some other names that I don’t know about . Why is this necessary ? For shelf life ? I would rather have more natural vitamins that are not toxic to our system .

My daughter has always donated and cared about others less fortunate. From food bank to schools etc... non stop and has done so for years. Being a home owner and a mother of 4 she always had been a coupon-er looking for deals in order to donate, and care for her family as well being coupons come in very handy financially. She collect’s points from P/C shoppers point to scene points, again to share.

They arrived at the rexall several weeks back, my daughter, my 18 year old grandson, 24 year old granddaughter. Your clerk/”Jenny” kept her eye so so closely on my family insinuating they were “Trailer trash” “shop lifters” Judgmental, as they brought in their own bag, as we are ALL told to do, your store sells them as well. Yet she continued to “stare” making the shopping experience very very uncomfortable and unprofessional....Did I say my daughter’s a home owner!!!

Nevertheless my family asked, is there some sort of problem? Hence the reason “Jenny” your representative went off the “hook” YOUR representative WOW grabbing the basket FULL of hair accessories revenue to your “Dying” retail location,,, and would not let go of the basket....asking them to leave,,,YET when asking her “WHY” she had no reason!!!! (to be heard on the video). ...This being the time my daughter had to call the police to leave.....WOW
Unprofessionalism yet she will tell a different story to “Keep” her job You clearly hear the proof. Yet if she is what represents “Rexall” I’ll continue to give my money to Shopper’s across the street, making certain “EVERYONE ELSE DOES AS WELL ” I mean “EVERYONE will see this” Did I mention my daughter is a home owner!!!

I went to get some items and there was a sale sign underneath both saying they are on sale. I went to the checkout and there was no one there so I waited about 5 minutes until someone came. He didn’t say a word to me and started scanning my things. I saw that the items were scanning at the original price not the sale price. So I told him that they were on sale. He went to check and came back and said nope they’re not on sale, without showing any proof. I’m pretty sure if there’s a sale price underneath the item and it scans as the original price you would get it for the sale price no matter if it was the right tag or not. This is very poor customer service. Not impressed at all!

We went to the CastleRidge branch and spoke to the pharmacy and explained I was having pain in my joints and bones and needed imega 3 as the doctor had recommended. I explained I’m a Sikh and my diet is no meat or eggs or fish and vegetarian diet. He gave me cod liver oil and said it’s suitable for my diet later I discovered it had fish oil in it my first language is not English so wasn’t aware that cod is a fish. I trust this professional. As a baptised Sikh I need to go back and get re baptised because of this individuals neglecting my request. I later went to him and confronted him and he still kept saying it’s suitable for my diet I then took the bottle to my doctor and he confirmed it had fish oil in it. Please train you staff so they can at least have some knowledge of what they are selling. I’m really upset and want to file a complaint.

No one pick up the telephone callind all day my file is there at rexall probably changing pharmacies soonneed to ask important questions about their products

I have never used their pharmacy, called them and spoke with the pharmacist. They delivered my medication within 2 hours without leaving my house at no extra charge.
Absolutely amazing service and it took less than 5 minutes. 👏
