Les prix étant plus compétitifs que chez mon vétérinaire, j'ai acheté les médicaments de mon chat chez Pets Drug Mart. La livraison est toujours arrivée dans le temps prévu et toujours complète.
Mon chat est décédé le jour même de leur dernier envoi, je les ai prévenu et on m'a dit qu'en refusant le colis, je serai remboursée.
J'ai aussi été touchée de recevoir leurs condoléances et j'ai apprécié leur compassion.
Réactif pour répondre aux questions et demandes.
Très satisfaite de leur service, je les recommande sans hésitation.

PS : pour ne pas manquer de médicaments, il suffit de commander suffisamment d'avance!

They are horrible to deal with. They do not immediately fill your orders. Shipping fees are ridiculous and you pay $9.99 fee for every prescription they fill. There are other very reputable companies online that offer free shipping over a specific amount and if you pay shipping it’s a low cost. Plus you are charged a nominal fee for the first prescription you have filled. There are no added fees on any further prescription in your order.
I’ve been trying for 2 weeks to call with no luck. I’ve sent 3 emails and the pharmacy I have chosen to move over to, has sent several emails to have 7 prescriptions, (which I had to pay my veterinarian $20 for each written script) transferred and those requests have been ignored!

1st I live in Quebec and the allergies pills for my dog cost me $500 every 3 months, now since I started using this supplier it costs me $324 every 3 months. The service is great, good communication if any problems with the prescription it is handled fast and solved in a professional manner. The delivery is on time just like indicated on the order. Strongly recommend to everyone. Most important their product is a very good quality and approved by my veterinarian.

Just got my dogs tick, flee meds from them. This is the first and the last time i am dealing with them. Super slow in serving customers. Very difficult to get someone on the phone to follow up. They dont provide details on the process, before ordering. After all paperwork was in place, they still took a long time to process the order and ship. I might as well spend that time and money getting the meds from a Vet!

I wish I would've checked the reviews before using this service. They're incredibly slow—a simple email exchange took a week to be solved. And I haven't reached the shipping part. They don't seem to understand that dealing with medication usually implies a sense of urgency.

Very slow service. It takes about 2 weeks for them to process orders and then they ship with Canada post who’s always late by a day or 2 which means medication that needs to be refrigerated is no longer good.

Ordered insulin pen, needles as well as a box of 10 vials of insulin. The shipping alone was over $98, it arrived in the over a week after being shipped by mail. I complained about the delay, but they only offered to send another batch if I didn’t receive it in the next few days. (We are talking about insulin)

Once I received the package, my dog became increasingly ill over the next few weeks. Her glucose got very high and despite increasing her dosage, I could not get it to come down.

I went back to my vet and bought more insulin directly from them even though they could not provide the vials for the pen. My dog started recovering within a few days.

I definitely would not recommend this service!!!

Overall is not a terrible service but very complicated to order medication that requieres prescription.
besides that, the worst part is the shipment procedure/times,,, last forever. after putting an order it takes 14 days to get it delivered within Canada.
I recommend it? no sure but if you use it... do not expect a somewhat fast delivery

Can they be a bit slow? Sometimes. So I order in a timely manner. Any issues have been quickly resolved by phone or email.
Pets Drug Mart has made it possible for me to financially afford to help my 2 aging chocolate labs.
I cannot say enough about how grateful I am. People are so used to the Amazon model of next day orders that they seem to think every business should process the same way, forgetting that prescriptions have to be verified, etc.
This company has been a gift to me. I only wish I'd found them sooner.

I read a lot of not great reviews for pets drug mart so I was hesitant to use them but they are Canadian and come recommended on Tanya’s Comprehensive Guide to Chronic Kidney Disease as a more affordable option for supplies for my CKD cat. All in all, ordering, tracking and contacting customer service all worked well for me.

-slower shipment times than you might want depending on your animals needs (but my order was placed during the holiday season and I still saw it within 2 weeks.)

I would give these guys 0 but cannot. Placed a prescription order. Was received in a timely manner however the medication will expire in 3 weeks. At the dosage of this medicine it should last almost a year. Called toll free number but no answer. Wanted an explanation and refund. Will never order anything from these guys again. Out $150. Go pay the little extra and order from vet as these guys do not care. STAY AWAY!!!!

The service standards are shockingly horrible, especially for a company that disburses essential medications.

I placed an order for prescribed medications and paid to have the quickest shipping option (some of my dog’s medications had been accidentally destroyed so I needed the order asap). 7 days after placing the order, I followed up as I had not received any updates and the items had not shipped. There was no response to my email. 9 days after placing the order, it finally shipped.

It took Pets Drug Mart 211 hours to process a RUSH request for regularly prescribed medications. As today is a Friday, I won’t receive my order until Monday (best case scenario). That will be at least 12 days after I placed my RUSH request and paid for the fastest shipping for my dog’s prescriptions.

The potential “savings” with the company are not worth the ordeal of their horrific service and delivery times. AVOID them. You and your pets deserve much better.

I had no problem contacting a company representative who guided me through the ordering procedure. Notified me when they got my prescription. Filled the prescription almost immediately, sent it off by courier, notified me when the drugs were sent, gave me tracking number. Paid for the courier due to postal strike. Very quick service. I was very satisfied. Will continue to use company for refills. Great prices i.e. about $1 vs $3 per capsule at vet for vetmedin, 3 vs 57 cents for lasix per pill.

I ordered allergy medication for my dog on October 1st, choosing Purolator Express specifically to receive it as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, the experience has been incredibly frustrating.
I've been calling their toll-free number daily. Most of the time, after waiting on hold for 20+ minutes, the call goes to voicemail. On the rare occasion I get through, I'm told the same thing every day: “It will be shipped today.” As of October 8th, nothing has changed.
This level of service is completely unacceptable, especially for something time-sensitive like pet medication. I do not recommend this website to anyone—they are extremely slow in processing and shipping, and customer service is essentially non-existent.

Prices are good, but that comes at the cost of a slew of problems, namely:

1. Not once has my vet faxed a prescription to Pets Drug Mart that they have not lost (or claimed not received). This has happened every single time, leaving me to chase both sides for resolution over the course of days, sometimes weeks. It’s an absolute nightmare.
2. Terrible customer service. Expect to wait days before getting a response to an inquiry. And the responses are rarely helpful.
3. In my situation, these persistent, ongoing delays coupled with the horrible customer service has inevitably resulted in delays getting my dogs prescription. This, in turn, has cost me hundreds of additional dollars in unnecessary and avoidable vet bills due to the ear and skin infections my dog gets without the meds, or a reduced amount of his medication to account for delays.

So consider this when thinking about the cost savings of the prescription. The prices are better, but at what cost? In my situation, it’s ended up costing way more.

to me each time i contact them about where is my item. paid for express shipping and received 10 days after, like a regular parcel. they wrote me that they will refund total but they dont refunded shipping cost at the end , cause i refuse my order it was too late. dont get fooled by their low price its was a nightmare never seen a compagny bullshitting at this point

Efficient shipping great prices. But i have only used them for over the counter products no actual prescriptions.

I created an account, and placed an order. No emails were received whatsoever. Emails did not get rejected by any spam filters. They charged my credit card. Nothing shipped. I've sent an email asking for a refund. If I do not receive a response, I'm initiating a chargeback. This place needs to get their crap together. Super unprofessional/lack of any communication.
