They have been taking money out of my account 2ce a month I cant get them to stop I NEVER ever approved this and im going on three months of being robbed. My bank said I have to close my personal account for it to stop. There is no phone number to call or no contacts only email and they vlain they cannot find any records of me as a customer at all but they keep taking almost 100 a month from me..ive never been so disgusted with company before

No transparency
My primary complaint about this company is that they are not honest about their “subscription” plans that they offer at a cost. These services are not clearly explained until they charge the customer and then their counter to the question of sudden charges is to blame the customer for not understanding. No warning prior to charging one’s account and upon complaint and return, one month transpires. This practice overshadows whatever qualities their product might have. Fair warning.

Their policy states that subscriptions can be managed on their site, however I requested links, emailed multiple times and was still charged. And the product, taken as directed, did nothing for me except cause bloating.

I had an issue with my subscription and I sent in an email expecting to hear from Rhea in maybe a few days as is usually the case when emailing a company. I was pleasantly surprised when 20 minutes later I had not only a reply but a solution from Mae, who could not have been more helpful. Great experience

Not only do I love the Rhea Silvia Essentials but the Rhea Essentials team at Kilo Health has been equally amazing to work with. This month I had some issues which required me to suspend my subscription. In a mild panic I reached out to them fearing the worst. Happily, they not only canceled my upcoming order but refunded me in full immediately. I fully intend to renew my subscription at the earliest possible time. Their supplements are well worth the investment.

Never received the products I purchased…
Never received the products I purchased on July 12, then charged for a product or service that I did not authorize on July 18. I followed up on July 27, August 17, and again today September 7th.
Rhea doesn’t even attempt to keep you updated. Their automated emails are spam because they don’t align with the time you get the product.
They just keep telling you to wait. Unacceptable.

Buyer Beware. This company doesn’t actually have the product available 7 weeks after ordering. And they charge a hidden subscription fee monthly for an email when you think you are getting a subscription to the supplement. 16.99 a month that they will not refund.

Their products do NOT work and they know it
Their products don’t do anything they said, in fact, the one that was supposed to aid me with my menopause symptoms, exacerbated the symptoms. When I reached out to tell them they would not let me return the unused portion for a refund because they know their products do not work so they do not offer any refund whatsoever once the product has been opened

Your return policy is a joke! Really? 14 days and unopened ? How is anyone supposed to even know if your product is going to work when it’s sitting unopened not even tried?. I’m so frustrated and disgusted by this . Hard earned money spent on something that does not work and can’t return it .
