First they were helpful now no more replies.

Waited 3 months for bike arrived damaged.. initially offered a pot of paint and parts to fix myself! Eventually agreed to a return once PayPal dispute opened. I paid for return and they have bike but no refund… they tried to tell me they cannot refund until I close dispute. PayPal tell me this is untrue. I’m still waiting and it now feels like a total scam AVOID

Stay well away. Paid for my bike 30 May. Was told 35 days. Arrived 90 days later missing some of the order and scratched. Worked for the first 100 miles of use and now not working. Emailed, Whatapp and used chat box to contact them. Alice & Olivia from the company. No response. Shame because its a great looking bike and when it worked loved it. Better to spend a bit extra and get a more local service. Will update the review if they ever get back and resolve the issue but looking unlikely at this stage

Ordered Ebike from their "EU Warehouse" Arrived much later than promised (lied),box and bike trashed.Still haven't picked up the damaged bike,and have had so many excuses about replacing the bike.They have had money for months.DO NOT USE richbit.com or richbitebike.com

Lied about the electric top speed, goes 25km per hour max. Whatsapp seller told it whent at least 30km per hour. Seller tries to b friendly just to sell a product. Don't t trust the chinese whatsapp seller Olivia

Sehr schlechte Qualität. Bike nach kurzer Zeit defekt, Ersatteil Motor Controller wurde kostenlos zugesichert, bei Zahlung von 18 Euro per Expressversand. Und wenn Sie nicht gestorben sind, dann warten Sie noch heute... Ersatzteil kommt nicht Support antwortet nicht mehr. Es wird versprochen die Ware ist in Deutschland vorrätig, ist aber gelogen. Sobald man gezahlt hat wartet man monatelang sowohl auf das bike als auch auf Ersatzteil und es antwortet niemand mehr. Finger weg!

Lieferzeit wurde eingehalten, gut. Verpackung, lausig. Scooter mit minimal Styropor und Plastikhüllen eingepackt, nur 1 Karton, der auch durch den Lenker an einer Stelle ein Loch kriegte. Kein Manual, kein Begleitdokument mit evtl. Hinweis auf Online-Supportdokumente. Irgendwie klappte der Zusammenbau intuitiv.
Tolles Gefühl, wie auf einem alten Trottinett auf Luftreifen zu fahren. Anzug ist gut, Bremsen funktionieren auch einigermassen. Gasdrehgriff gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber ganz witzig, Licht und Hupe sind stark und effizient.
Aber liebe Richbit-Produzenten! Ein Kontrolldisplay mit Batterieladestandsanzeige ist ja schön und gut, aber ich kenne ausser eurem Escooter kein Hersteller, der keine Geschwindigkeitsanzeige eingebaut hat. Hab dann auf der Herstellerseite gesehen unter Zubehör, dass man separat eine Geschwindigkeitsanzeige kaufen kann. Ist das euer Ernst? Falls die Entwickler das vergessen haben, dann liefert das bitte kostenlos an die Käufer, ausser den Fahrräder hat jedes Gefährt im Strassenverkehr verpflichtend eine Geschwindigkeitsanzeige! Bitte nachbessern, weil euer E-Scooter eher überteuert ist für was geboten wird

I cannot recommend this company at all.
Initial communication was good, letting me know delivery will be delayed, then another email that a different color can be delivered. Then nothing, no bike, no answering to emails.
Then after 6 weeks an email comes in that a different color can be delivered (again?)
And surprise! No more communication afterwards.
If this is business conduct in China, fine. I expect something better

Seller won't ship to UK, still waiting on refund probably going to have to try and get PayPal to step in to get my money back
