I have had the pleasure of meeting Maz at Richmond Hyundai Bognor Regis from start to finish he has been helpful, professional and extremely knowledgeable he put me at ease straight away with his friendly manner and nothing was too much trouble, will definitely recommend to family and friends! Excellent service throughout!!

Having brought my car in September 2025 I was informed by the salesman when picking it up that the the spare key had not been sent over with the car from the Southampton dealership. I was assured that this would be chased and I would receive a call to collect it from Bognor Regis dealership when it arrived. Having chased several times and being assured by the salesman he was chasing this also I heard nothing further.

I took my car in for a service on 22 June and raised this issue again. I was assured this would be chased and I would receive an update. A week later I still have had no update but I did receive a voicemail asking me to complete a review in relation to my service!

When buying the car the staff could not be more helpful but post purchase the customer service is very poor. Having dealt previously with a different Hyundai dealership where the customer service was excellent I'm very disappointed as to how poor it is at the Bognor Regis dealership.

When buying my car I recommended them to a work colleague who then bought a car from them. He also was promised a spare key which he has never received either. I won't be recommending them to anyone else.

If anything goes wrong with the key I have I won't be able to drive my car which having spent decent money on a new car is totally unacceptable.

We have just bought a new Hyundai from Richmond and the salesman Maz Maih could not have been more helpful.

I was invited into the show room after receiving a loyal customer offer through the post, I booked my appointment online and then after was bombarded with voicemails and phone calls asking me to confirm my appointment, once I did the phone calls from a particular member of staff still continued. I arrived 10 mins before my appointment time and waited over 30 mins to see the advisor. Once I did I wasn’t listened to and felt pushed and pressured into purchasing a brand new car, despite me making it clear this was not an option for me due to finance. The advisor couldn’t even facilitate my interest in looking for a used car! I felt belittled and got the impression that I was wasting my time! Very poor service and due to this I won’t be returning!

We dealt with Maz Miah who pulled out all the stops to assist us with our purchase. We have purchased a car with him previously and he always tries his hardest to resolve any issues or and answer any questions we throw at him.
The staff at Bognor are all very friendly and help out where they can. I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase a car through him again.
