First time ordering from Ridgeway Frozen, and if this is anything to go by I'll be back again with another order. Well packaged, and everything arrived next day still completely frozen. DPD delivery next day, what more could you ask for? Full live tracking through the DPD app, no 5 hour delivery slots like you get with Royal Mail! My only complaint is they don't take PayPal, but then you can't have everything 🙂.

Cheapest I have found price wise. People may think £12-15 for delivery is expensive but they get delivered by dpd they come completely frozen and next day which I think is great. Will definitely be ordering again

Everything arrived perfectly frozen, my only comlaint would be that they can't gaurantee frozen on arrival if £50 or under and wont't refund or replace if it arrives thawed, so i've had to order a years supply of rats for my 2 snakes generally i don't like to store longer than 4-6 months.

Maybe you can just add an option to charge more for orders under £50 and upgrade/ increase the packaging/ ice, i'd be happier with that to be honest

Had a few orders now and each was delivered in full on the due date apart from one due to carrier issue, but arrived the next day sill frozen solid.
Vey few out of stock items, mainly the larger rabbits. Over all great value. Thanks

First time using this company and I am very impressed. Prices are very good, delivery was quick and the size of the frozen rats are perfect and as described. We had previously been using a different company who were giving us constant issues so I'm very glad we stumbled on this company.

Came frozen and all as expected. Constructive criticism is that you do not state when packages will arrive! Nothing on the email and nothing on the website.
