Ordered emergency oil RPO-51987 for delivery next day. Received an email to tell me delivery will be 5 days later.

I need to cancel the order and order from another company so I can have heat, but no reply from email and no number on the website to call. HELP.

Terrible service and price are met by other company with better service and delivery :

Delay in delivery due to "unforeseen" mechanical issue (2nd order...2nd time they have a mechanical issue...dont advice a deliveey date if you cant hold it)

Driver rude on the call

No call back feom office

Email ignored

No date/time of delivery, have to stay at home again without any indication if they will turn up or not or a time indication.

Money was debited right away while most company those day only enquire bank....

I ordered my oil for next day delivery which I have not received and it’s 10 days later. The communication between staff within the company has been very poor and Iv received many differences excuses. Iv never experienced this type of poor service with any other oil company before. Very unsatisfied.

Ordered kerosine home-heat from RPO and received delivery within 24 hours from Klass Oil, no probs, good, friendly service. I received a prompt response to a query by email.

Dreadful company. Competitive prices yes but advertise next day delivery. Took a week. Gave me runaround. Full of inadequate excuses. Customer service rude and patronising. Would rather pay extra for honest polite timely service. Won’t use again.

These people gave me a total runaround. Said they couldn't get the truck through the gate because of low branches, so they would send a smaller truck. Than they told me they don't actually HAVE smaller trucks. I had the branches removed so that the big truck could get through and they refused to even come out and try again. Meanwhile, we have to wait SEVEN DAYS for my full payment to get reimbursed to my card and we have no heat. And will have to go without heat until I get the money refunded and can order more fuel. I thought it was bad enough being elderly and hearing impaired, now I'm cold and broke, too.

Customer service shocking and rude .
False advertising
Better pay 10 euro extra to proper company like Mor Oil,Corrib oil stress free .
Wont be back as a customer .

Right price oil had the cheapest price on ordering however customer service not good. I could select a date for delivery but no time slot provided. I did follow up by email and through the website but no response. They turned up while I was out no notice given luckily I was only 5 mins away. I asked them why no notice given and the driver said they didn’t have to as not on the docket and then put the phone down on me! Sinead from right price oil rang me today to apologise for the service which was appreciated.

Very competitive prices for home heating oil however their communication with customers could definetly be improved....
Ordered before 9am on a Monday morning after reading on their website they guarantee next working day delivery (had run out of oil and house was freezing). Emailed mid afteenoon the next day (Tuesday) when no sign of delivery and full payment had been taken from by bank account. They do not provide a phone number so after no reponse to email i tried the contact form on their website on the Wednesday morning - still no response..... until late that afternoon when the truck turned up.....
Good prices and recommend (unless you're in a hurry for oil and/or need to communicate with them post order).
