The overall products are great. I had to get another desk as the first one was cracked.

This company had a big sale just in time when I wanted a new office chair. No problems ordering it but I did experience quite the delay. Took about two months or so for the chair to show up, I assume a backlog due to the sale. After waiting about a month, I questioned the long wait and they refunded me $60 due to the delays. Customer service reps were honest and proactive about it all. In the end, I'd say it was worth the wait!

Love my new desk! Great customer service. I made a mistake with my home address and I emailed them, it was corrected right away. The desk arrived in 2 days. Easy to put together. The motor and desk materials are high quality which makes me feel confident in buying this desk. There were cheaper options on Amazon but I’m very happy with spending extra due to quality of the desk. It’s also very pretty in white on white. I believe there is also a great warranty.

9 month + review!

This chair is far from impressive, Screws unscrew themselves by just being a regular person sitting on it 8 hours a day. I have to screw the armrest every other month.

Speaking of the armrest, they are very wide. Extremely uncomfortable to rest your arms onto them. Unless you got a football player shape, i don’t think this chair is good for you.

What else…. The armrest are so loose that even if i put them opened out, it is so loose that my elbow weight brings it back to the center lol. So there’s 3 « «angle » but whatever angle you put it it’s never going to be stable. So the 3 « angles » are mostly 1 angle lol.

Just for curious people, im. 5’8" and about 170 pounds. Nothing that would somehow justify my bad experience.

They say they are a Canadian company, they charge a Canadian manufacturer price but it’s in fact made in China and extremely cheaply made.

I was thrilled to discover this chair when i bought it…and after all nothing justifies its price. Buy something around 200$ and you’ll be probably as much happy than with this 645$ chair.

I've had my standing desk for 6+ months now and I'm happy I got it. I did buy it with a sale and discount code (that was available on the website), and the company did ask me soon after I bought to leave a review, but I decided to wait and see how the desk did over time. This is my honest review.

The desk is as big and wide as you order, it may be get there faster than you expect (this may be due to when I ordered it, or the delivery company being faster). The assembly instructions overall were easy to follow, the only difficulty was finding which exact piece and the confusion with the extra screws.

Having the pre-screwed screws made it so much easier to assemble. After you program the touch screen handle bar, you need to remember to firmly push twice on the number before the desk changes (don't click those right away, wait a second before clicking). This is because one click shows the current height, then the second changes the height.

There were a number of times when I rose the desk and it wasn't fully level, until a second later when it made the desk level without me having to do anything. The motor noise is hear just a little bit, but be mindful of those around you.

Having the grommet holes have been nice, just wish they could almost be moved a little bit back. I do wish there was a spot under the desk to put all the cables, which competitors (both cheaper and move expensive) offer.

Overall, I really enjoy the desk and if I need a new standing desk I will look at them first.

Found from work site. Shipping took 3 days instead of 2 as delivery was in 2 separate packages. Feel strong and setup was easy. Sometimes you need to press the keypad twice to change the height. But other than that, its sturdy and nice looking desk.

Worse customer service!
Company doesn't keep their promises, I ordered a product on May 5th, and the delivery date was supposed to be in 2 business days. One week after I contacted them and 2 days after I received a reply saying that they were going to check when my order would be shipped. I have emailed them a lot since then, and not received my product yet (while they told me last week that they would ship my product one week ago). I contacted them again and today my answer was "I apologize for the delay, our warehouse has been experiencing some delays/issues. I do see that your order is ready to be fulfilled by our warehouse. I will send them an email and see as to when this will be shipped out. I appreciate your patience as I wait for a reply."
It has been 21 DAYS!!!! And they don't know yet when my order will be shipped.
Extremely disappointing.

Good and sturdy desk. The installation booklet seems to be outdated since the tool names in the booklet weren't correct, but overall, it was pretty straightforward to install.

The stuff is extremely polite and attentive, they clearly understood my needs and the product quality was higher then expected, pricing is also very reasonable.

Found through a work website. Purchased the chair to replace the old one I had, which was not giving me the comfort from working from home.
Placed the order, received on 2 day business shipping. Had a bit of a scare setting it up; (recommend watching the video first before assembling). Chair put together, comfy and haven't turned back.

Great customer service! the laptop tray attachment that I ordered with the monitor arms was missing from the order, I reported to customer service and they took care of the problem immediately and it was shipped the next day.
Love the double monitor arms, sturdy and versatile and works great with the Risedesk that I purchased a few months ago.

Really good customer service but unfortunately wasn't able to get any communication outside of the customer service team on why my chair has shipping issues

Comfortable and adjustable, no noise(my previous chair had noise issue), lumbar support is really good

Nikita was a dream to deal with. I stupidly ordered a chair while on vacation only realizing after that there would be nowhere my building to store while i’m away. I contacted support and Nikita responded immediately and worked towards resolution.

Though I can’t comment on the quality of the product, I definitely give customer service 5 stars!

I ordered a Risedesk and cabinet over the weekend with an expected delivery date of today. As of 5 pm, no desk has arrived at my door - and the Fedex shipping information has not updated since it was generated. I chatted with the support team and was on 'hold' for several hours. The support team then advised they were unable to get ahold of the warehouse for an update. Im disappoined in the level of service received and lack of communication.

Great chair, comfortable, easy to install and adjust. I put 4 stars because It doesn’t feel as sturdy as I was expecting so I’m still a bit worried about the durability (I’m used to keep my office chairs for over 10 years).
