Great service and product! I am loving my new standup desk!

I wanted to take a moment to express my utmost satisfaction with my recent purchase from Risedesk. I was genuinely impressed by the level of customer service I received. The team promptly and diligently addressed all my inquiries, making the entire process fast and effortless. From the enjoyable browsing experience to the seamless checkout, their commitment to customer satisfaction shone through. I wholeheartedly recommend Risedesk for their exceptional products and top-notch customer support. They truly exceeded my expectations.

Almost perfect, one of the screws in one of the legs was broken, I didn't want to return it because I needed it so hopefully the leg doesn't break.

Support does not respond for weeks. I can't get help even at the ordering stage. Hard to imagine if the problem occurs after the purchase. Tried to contact them by phone, e-mail, and using the contact form on the website. It looks like there’s no one there. I don’t know how they think people are going to pay that kind of money if they don’t pick up the phone.

I bought 2 desks and a chair. They promised 2 days delivery, which they met for the desks, but not for the chair. I had to wait 5 days for the chair.
The desks work great this far. The chair is not good for the price. It's very expensive and it doesn't have the necessary ergonomic features. It is purely aesthetics (It looks great).
The customer service was very good.

Nikita was very responsive. She resolved my issue in a timely manner and I’m very satisfied with the outcome. All interaction with her was professional, yet friendly.

This small standing desk is both beautiful and cute, and it arrived in 2 days! All the pieces were included, I put it together by myself in 1.5 hours, and the hydraulic system to automatically raise and lower the desk is smooth and quiet. It’s a bonus that they’re a B Corp and Canadian company!

Nikita was very helpful and quick to respond to all my queries, and ultimately my request for a refund. Regrettably, the chair did not work for me, and the refund process went smoothly. I wish more companies had a customer service department as good as Risedesk has. Congrat's on excellent service.

I was kinda sketched out to buy it at first but I’m very glad I did because it is so handy and I LOVE IT!! 10/10 would recommend

The Desk Arrived on time, and the set wasn't too hard, I may have had a bit of an issue but that was amiss under and the team death with it good for the most part, just need to work on your customer responses a bit earlier but otherwise, great

The desk itself was great.
I ordered the frame on the Risedesk website and the mahogany colour table top from Risedesk on Amazon. Both are working great and look lovely. My one gripe was that the instruction manual and the parts we got did not line up. We didn’t have the screws that they said in the manual and we had some other screws. We were able to use them to secure the desk but it was a little worrying since they were not the same and we had some random spare parts.

Service was great. Product arrived in great condition, easy to assemble

I bought the Risedesk standing frame since I already have the table. The product is very good quality and heavy! The building of the frame was quite easy except the part where you connect the table to the frame. There are no instructions as to what to do if you didn't buy a table from them. As a result I did run into the problem of using the wrong screws, I had to use glue to tighten it. Otherwise, it's working great and the motor is quite fast!

The return procedure was fast and painless. A positive experience dealing with this company.

Customer service is good. Management and product quality inspection not so much. Received a completely different order and the second order I received came with scratches and different hardware not mentioned on the website. Customer service was able to make up for it somewhat but honestly not the experience I hoped for when purchasing a $600+ chair.
