I love my new desk. The surface is very nice and we can tell is good quality. The low noise motor and smooth movement is very nice. It has only been one month but so far, I am very happy with my purchase.

The desk itself is decent, however screws and holes were misaligned. Could not attach the panel properly. Was told to get a drill and do it myself. Order did not arrive for over two weeks; said the order was lost by Canpar. New desktop was ordered and then one arrived that evening. I was compensated $40 for the missing desk top and $20 for the misaligned screw holes. Customer service was responsive, but overall this was a very poor experience. I ordered a Canadian product specifically because I thought less hassle, but it is very unlikely I would order from or recommend this company to anyone.

I like how the product is marketed and the sleek modern design.
Although I did have some issues with the items received and the duration it took for shipping, the management took ownership of the flaws and replaced them accordingly. Overall I'm happy with the product.

Insane support! Cant Wait toi receive my desk

I’ve had another sit stand desk for over 3 years. The lowest it would go was 27 inches. Unfortunately, due to my body proportions, I could not get the ideal, ergonomic 90 degree elbow bend when typing. After a lot of research, many ads, and reading through TrustPilot reviews, I eventually decided to go with Risedesk’s Black Standing Desk. The desk stood out to me in terms of design, value for my money, and the fact that the company behind it is a B-corp certified company.

One week, after setting up my new desk from them, I am left without any complaints (which is rare for me). I’m very happy with the product and this company. I hope they do well. Cheers.

I purchased a chair and loved it. The materials are great. My overall posture has improved since I got it.

For the most part, product and service excellent. I only withheld one star because, for no reason I can see, the tapped holes for the power brick are on the wrong side of the desk so that the cord is too short to mount the power brick there. Also the manual is beyond vague. I've been reading tech manuals for decades and that one is one of the least useful I've ever seen. One of the most important items - setting up the height pre-sets - isn't in the manual at all. I had to spend time understanding the logic of the control set, and figured it out for myself, but there's no way it should be this confusing.

My desk is fantastic. It shipped to me quickly (within 2 days) and was fairly easy to build. Although it was difficult for one person, so try to grab a friend. Risedesk could improve the steps so one person can easily build it. Once the desk is built, you can tell it's well made and sturdy, which is what you want for a standing desk. My only issue with the entire experience is it shipped with Styrofoam, which is odd for a company aiming to be sustainable, especially since there are cardboard packaging. Even with the packaging, I've recommended Risedesk to a few people already.

Accidentally chose the wrong frame colour when I placed my order. I wrote them on a Saturday to ask them to change it.

As soon as I sent the email, I got an automated reply stating their business hours and that they’d get back to me ASAP.

On Monday, they handled it right at the start of the day. Great customer service.!

the chair i bought ended up being sold out. As i contact them inquiring about it, they offered a discount for the late shipment. A couple days later, i got contacted about the order which is when i found out it was sold out so they offered me an upgrade at no cost. End up with the pro ergo chair and i couldn't be happier ever since. Was suffering from back and neck pain ever since my employer allowed us to WFH.
