Ils m’ont questionné pour savoir si le fil était arrivé brisé et même si j’ai été honnête en disant que non, ils m’ont renvoyé un fil gratuitement! Très satisfaite. Merci beaucoup!!

Terrible customer service and product descriptions are not accurate. I purchased through BestBuy, and the product was listed as a full desk (top and legs). Only the legs were delivered (to the wrong address). Their customer service offered a free table top (on December 14), which was never delivered. BestBuy provided a refund after RiseDesk stopped responding to my messages. Today (Feb 14), RiseDesk finally responded with ‘hope you enjoy’.

RiseDesk, who I assume chooses to sell through BestBuy, said the error and slow responses were because they are a small family business. That is understandable, however then the choice to sell through BestBuy seems incompatible with their small family business model.

The chair is beautiful, great quality. The seat is really nice but maybe not the most comfortable. On this model, you can’t adjust the back to have more seat room so it feels like a third of it is wasted and you’re sitting too forward. Also, it’s a pain to assemble. The tiny tool they send is just terrible.

Started off with a shipping glitch, but customer service immediately stepped in and rectified the situation.

After some time looking at ergonomic chairs, I finally settled on the Rise Ergo Chair from Risedesk. I was a bit skeptical purchasing online as there is no way for me to try it out myself and couldn’t find many reviews of this chair either, but I am glad that I made the jump.

This is my honest review after 1-2 weeks of trying it out.

Shipping: I find it fast and reliable - Note that they mention a 2-day delivery but I am assuming that this is true once your order is confirmed. Order confirmation may take a bit of time but mine came within 24 hours and then, two days later, my chair arrived. I didn’t need to contact support and just trusted the process.

Assembly: Easy enough - it came with an instructions booklet that is straightforward. The only thing I struggled with is the headrest. Might need a bit of muscle to clip it on.

Utility & Comfort: I work from home, regularly at my desk from 9 to 5. I have been using my dining chair for the longest time, which was a terrible idea for my back. The biggest appeal for me with this chair is that it has an adaptable lumbar support and is also padded (unlike some ergo chairs out there that has a plastic frame that is still quite hard). And I can say that it does wonders for my back (even just after a week)! The armrests are quite standard, they do not rotate but they may be adjusted up or down, or removed to suit certain seating preferences (e.g. cross-legged). If you’re looking for more adjustable features and don’t mind splurging, then you might want to look at the Pro version. Also, the padding is firm but not uncomfortable. Same goes for the chair padding, although I assume that in time, it will become softer with use. The backframe reclines but can only be fixed into 3 positions. This is good enough for me but if you’re looking for something with more flexibility, then this chair might not be the one for you. I’m not a big user of headrests but it is convenient when you want to recline and just lounge on your chair. Also, keep in mind that the chair is a bit firm overall, there is a bit of resistance everywhere but I associate this with it being brand new. In time, I assume that it will get better (personally, after a week, it’s become easier to fix the adjustable features).

Overall: I’m giving this chair a 5 star as it suits my needs perfectly. To top it off, it’s a great looking chair! I opted for the Cognac as it looks sleek and goes well with my office setup. I would say that it is pretty competitive with higher-end ergonomic chairs considering its features and quality, but the good thing is, you don’t need to break the bank with this one (although I wouldn’t say it comes cheap either - but with a discounted price, it’s more than a fair deal). I would recommend this chair.

Excellent customer service, specifically from Nikita. There were a couple minor issues with my chair, the first it took a couple weeks to ship (I equated this with the fact I ordered over Christmas holidays) and then the chair I received didn't match the online description 100%. Nikita was quick at responding and resolved my issues right away. I am very pleased with my chair and this service!

Service is 10/10. I bought the chair. It was little for me, I am 6'6 so I refunded it. Nikita helped me with every step, it was so awesome!
You have to value companies that have great service and support, that's why next time when I am gonna change my table - I will look at Risedesk first!

I splurged on the live edge epoxy desk. It is an absolutely stunning piece I'm proud to showcase in my home. Worth every penny. Installation took longer than expected but worth the wait. Excellent customer service and personal delivery.

The white & grey chair looks great in my home office and is quite comfortable. I love how many features are adjustable - arm rest height, chair height, location of lumbar support - and I quite like that it tilts back. I don't love the head rest - no matter what height or position I put it, it pokes too far forward and my neck feels like it's in an unnatural position (thus minus one star). I just took it off the chair and you'd never know it's missing. The chair arrived in about 2 weeks and wasn't too tricky to put together. It's a little stiff at first, but great quality. My husband is jealous he didn't order one during the Boxing Day sale!

Stay away unless you like to gamble. If you read the reviews, it's clear that you can flip a coin between getting the right product immediately, or never getting what you paid for (which was unfortunately my experience). If you don't believe me, call their support number and I guarantee nobody will pick up ever.

I trusted the reviews before ordering, but now the experience so far is going down and down for me.
Despite marketing themselves as "fast 2-day shipping", I received my order 10 days after my order. In fact, I never received any email with a tracking number for my order, despite already reaching out to Nikita. I had to use the support chat on the website to check on my order and check for the tracking number, because I'm not receiving any emails regarding my order.

When I finally received my order, I found out that I was sent the wrong desk frame because it's bigger than the table top I order, so I couldn't proceed with the assembly. Reached out this morning at 9am to report about the issue, got a reply email and I sent an email again to actually prove that the frame is too big for my table top. Then came the long wait with no responses at all, despite reaching out to Risedesk on web's chat, email, phone call.
In the end, I had to reach out to their Instagram DM as my last resort, and they finally responded to my email.

I understand that there's a notice of "the wait time is longer than usual", but waiting almost a whole day on the live chat with no responses at all is weird. Phone calls that all led to voice mail just proved that it's even harder to reach out via phone if I receive no responses via email at all, which should have been the opposite.
I feel like I'm already making myself ten times more tired before actually trying to improve my health with this ergonomic product.

I received the wrong frame with my desk. I contacted support right away and I had to convince them that this was the issue despite it being very obvious from the photo I sent. After a week and a half the correct frame has yet to ship. Support is not able to tell me an expected ship date, and nobody answers the phone.

If everything was received correctly the experience would have been great, but is now becoming a hassle that made me wish I bought elsewhere.

UPDATE: A few weeks later I eventually received the wrong frame once again, so now I have two of the incorrect frame in different colours.

I highly recommend avoiding this company as if you have any issues they will be impossible to get resolved.

Excellent customer service from Nikita, it took long to receive a reply but it was because they were overwhelming with questions from other clients. The desk came in high quality, highly recommended!

I looked at the reviews on this platform and decided to order 2 products from this company Rise Desk. Desk and Ergo chair on Dec 25th. Upon my order, it said items will be shipped in 2 business days. it's been many business days now and i have contacted the company to their 1888 number and 647 number also emails no update on my order. I got the desk but no ergo chair but fully charged in my credit card. All i was looking from this company to advise where my product is and how soon it will be delivered. Now i come to the point that i want to get the refund and not willing to deal with this company. It feels like a scam as they states 2 business days and 30 days guaranteed return if the chair is not comfortable. How do even deal with this company if they are not even returning or answering the calls or emails. I am honestly worried of this company service so i would need my refund for the chair.

After conducting training for a new job in my dining room, I had to set up an office space quickly. I ordered a chair and desk from Risedesk and was extremely satisfied with my purchase!!! Living room furniture is not made for comfort for 8 hours...Risedesk is! The components arrived promptly and installation was pretty straight forward, excellent instructions! Customer service was prompt as well!! I give 5 big stars to Risedesk!!! Order yours now!!!
