Very responsive. Quick to provide a competitive quote with a breakdown. Easy booking system, lots of reminders in advance.
The Joiner was very good, polite and friendly and arrived bang on time. He was low maintenance as I had a day of meetings, completed the work efficiently, taking lots of pictures for the report and doing an amazing job at cleaning up as he went.
The report was comprehensive and so would recommend

Work was carried out professionally and in accordance with agreed schedule. Actual work done was slightly less than originally quoted for, as this was all that was found to be required, and RiskFire therefore charged a lower fee than first quoted which was very professional/honest of them. All communication was clear and prompt.

Excellent service from start to finish. Really easy to obtain a quote. Great process used for confirming the works and booking the date for the actual works. Works carried out exactly as quoted. Report of completed works issued on the same day. IFC Cert sent same day as payment processed.

Fantastic experience dealing with Gary, Derryn and Sam from RiskFire. Nothing was too much trouble, and organising the fitting of my new door was a breeze. Unfortunately I didn't get to meet the man that installed my door, but when I got home I was extremely happy with how it looks. Thanks so much RiskFire!

Thank you to the whole team at Riskfire for remedial work on a flat entrance door in a block of flats. They were recommended to us by another block of flats in the area and it has been an absolutely pain-free and smooth experience from start to finish. Very well organised and professional. Special mention to their installer George who took great care and patience to complete the job to our utmost satisfaction. It was very difficult to find someone competent and accredited to attend to a single door at an affordable cost, so it was a huge relief to have found them. Thanks again.

Excellent service from start to finish! The new fire door was fitted to a very high standard, with great attention to detail and minimal disruption. The installation team were professional, punctual, and left the area clean and tidy. The finished door looks great and we will definitely be using Riskfire for any future work.

Very happy with Riskfire which we found very professional and diligent. Marv came over at the agreed date and time to adjust our fire door which went smoothly and we have received a report and certificate for the works.

I need to confess, we contacted them because of the reviews. But then, the experience was way below our expectations. Payment was made on the 24th of July 2026 and then it was only on the 30th of July they asked for the colour after having taken our deposit. The colour was already specified on the invoice. Part of the issues was holidays. We had also asked for a fast service but were not clear why this could not be delivered. All in all, they refunded us but now we have wasted 3 weeks and I need to confess it was very much 'the customer is already wrong' mindset which at that stage we could not trust them anymore.

Riskfire always kept me on the loop throughout the job even when they were running a late. The workmanship on the day was excellent and they were professional at all times

I cannot recommend this company highly enough. From start to finish, the whole process was smooth, professional, and stress-free.
Nothing was ever too much trouble, and the communication throughout was excellent. Gary and Derryn kept me informed every step of the way and were always responsive and helpful.
The work was carried out efficiently and to a very high standard. A special mention to Luke, who completed the work on my fire door. He was professional, hardworking, friendly, and clearly took pride in doing an excellent job.

Worried when told I had to replace my front door with FD30S fire proof door on leasehold flat until I found Risk Fire - they handled the situation perfectly - Derryn helped enormously and the installation team were outstanding - completed the work in record time and cleared up and took all the rubish home with them - the whole Compay deserves all the success they get and would not hesitate to recommend them

Risk Fire have been outstanding through out. From the start Communication with Gary and Derryn was amazing and every question I asked was met with an informative and friendly manner.
Getting my flat front door replaced was a stress that I was struggling with, but the team at Risk Fire made it so easy and my worries were soon forgotten.
Their Joiner Marvyn who came out to fit the door was also brilliant, very friendly and did an amazing job.
