This was my first time of using this company and I was very satisfied with the service I received from first contact through to completion.
The young man that carried out the work was punctual, efficient, polite and had respect for my property.
Very happy to recommend and I would definitely use again if the necessity arose.

Rightflow was recommended on some local apps in my area and I needed assistance with a leaking toilet. I contacted them, they replied the same day with a quote and they sent someone out 2 days later. When the person was delayed at a previous job they advised me they were going to be late and when to expect them. The person replaced all the parts inside the cistern and within an hour my toilet was working ok again. Quick response, good quotation and pleasant employees.

Nicholas Smith responds to email very quickly, and fitted in our job at the end of the day before a holiday. On seeing the job which had defeated another plumber, he decided that a more extensive repair would be better, but only added the extra parts to his quote, not the extra time. Indeed he was exceptionally careful to explain exactly what he was charging, which was not excessive anyway. He carried out the job, cleaned up minutely afterwards, and it has been entirely successful. Highly recommended.

Nicholas and James were on time and polite but not effusively so. They immediately set to work. They did so quietly and efficiently and provided me with an advisory sheet and photographs at the end. No fuss, no drama, no mess and absolutely no pressure.
I was concerned that they might not come out in an emergency or for other more menial jobs. They assured me that was not the case.
I am SO happy to have found them.
