لقد قمت بالحجز على هذا الطيران ذهابا من إسطنبول إلى عمّان، لقد تغير موعد إقلاع الطائرة عدة مرات بأوقات متفاوتة و بشكل غير منظّم، كان يجب أن يتم الإقلاع الساعة 2:05 ظهراً بتوقيت إسطنبول بعد ذلك تغيرت للساعة 8:55 مساءاً و من ثم 9:10 مساءاً تم تأخيرنا حتى الساعة الواحدة صباحاً عند البوابةو من ثم تم إبلاغنا من قبل الموظفين سيتمّ الإقلاع الساعة السابعة صباحاً ومن ثم تم إبلاغنا من جديد إنه سيتم الإقلاع الساعة الخامسة و النصف صباحاً، قيل أن هنالك عطل بالطائرة مع العلّم الوقت كان كافي و طويل جداً لقدوم طائرة ثانية بدلاً من الطائرة المعطلة.
مع العلم هذه الخطوط الجوية ليست ذو تذاكر رخيصة مقارنة مع غيرها من الخطوط الجوية ذات مستوى أقل.

للأسف لم يتم التعاون معنا إيضا من قبل الموظفين، تم التلاعب بأعصابنا بما فيه الكفاية.
تجربة لن تتكرر أبدا 👎🏻

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent flight from Istanbul to Amman. The flight, originally scheduled for 2:05 PM, was delayed multiple times—first to 8:55 PM, then 9:10 PM, then 1:00 AM, and finally rescheduled to 7:00 AM, before being moved again to 5:30 AM.

The delays were attributed to a technical issue, yet no replacement aircraft was arranged despite the extended timeframe. The lack of communication and support from your staff made this experience even more frustrating.

Given your airline’s pricing and reputation, this level of disorganization and poor service is unacceptable. I kindly request an explanation and appropriate compensation for the inconvenience caused.

Grauenhafte Airline, bucht auf keinen Fall dort! Wir mussten unsere Reise absagen, weil ich erkrankt bin und nach mehrfachem Nachfragen haben sie wenigstens mal per E-Mail bestätigt, dass uns der Flug rückerstattet wird. Leider warten wir nach 2.5 Monaten immer noch auf das Geld! Und zwischenzeitlich reagieren sie nicht mehr auf E-Mails und sind auch telefonisch nicht erreichbar, weil sie wahrscheinlich die Nummer erkennen. Wir schalten jetzt dann den Rechtsschutz ein.

Door de slechte communicatie wist niemand waar ie aan toe was 7 uur wachten omdat ze bezig waren hun eigen voetbal team en supporters naar een andere plaats te brengen omdat er is een belangerijke voetbal wedstrijd en moeten wij gewoon wachten zonder aandacht van de luchtvaartmaatschapij en .sterker nog heb ik mijn andere vlucht gemist moest ik een nieuwe ticket kopen heb ik klacht ingediend maar helaas ze hebben me genegeerd

No volveré a viajar con ellos…me han cambiado el vuelo sin avisar . Casi pierdo mi vuelo desde Bangkok a Ammán y nos obligan a hacer noche aquí

Total que al final ,pierdo el vuelo que tenía de conexión en Madrid
Al final lo barato me va a costar carísimo y con más transbordos y horas de vuelo

Is really a very bad airline and ticket cost was at same level of Qatar, Finnair.. How comes ?

It's not even worth 1 star it's shits plain I ever traveld with after ryanair coz from manchester plain don't have screen and not even any updates on flight we didn't hear a word from captain coz i believe he was new and didnt know anything other than flighing all the way to jordan and it's expensive so the plain needs upgrade I'll never flight with that shit again travel date was 9th/11/2024 and never again and there was a arab guy who had 5 bags 🎒 he came and put the cabinet full for 2 people and we had to give our cabinet suitcase to them for checking !!!

I am absolutely appalled by my experience with this airline. After a long and exhausting flight, I arrived at my destination only to discover that my luggage—filled with irreplaceable items and medication—had been lost. This was not just an inconvenience; it was a complete disaster, and the airline staff offered no real assistance.

The customer service was shockingly unhelpful. I was met with indifferent attitudes and vague responses when I inquired about my luggage. They claimed they would look into it, but I received no follow-up, no updates, and no real apology for the situation. It felt like they simply didn't care about my belongings or my distress.

To make matters worse, the process to file a lost luggage report was a nightmare. I spent over an hour navigating through a maze of paperwork, only to be told that I might have to wait weeks for any resolution. I can't believe that an airline with such a supposed reputation can't manage something as basic as ensuring passengers' luggage arrives with them.

This airline has completely failed in its responsibility to its travelers. If you value your belongings and want a stress-free travel experience, I highly recommend avoiding this airline at all costs. My trust in them has been shattered, and I will think twice before booking a flight with them again. Absolutely unacceptable!

They repeatedly changed my flight’s departure time to the point where I had to cancel the trip. The call center was extremely expensive to contact, making the situation even worse. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.

Had a bad experience on a recent flight from Amman to London and was instructed by the stewardess to contact RJ on arriving home. It when trying to do this that I discovered that you cannot give negative feedback to them or make a complaint, their customer survey & website are cleverly designed to block you from doing so - which is great for them but not so good for you! Both avenues ultimately lead to dead ends so you can't contact them about your bad experience. RJ are probably proud of themselves for doing this but at the end of the day it doesn't work - customers just won't use them again.

I dismissed the bad reviews for this airline. I thought that the reviews were just from disgruntled passengers who didn't get what they wanted or expected a first-class experience. That was my mistake. Royal Jordanian Air is a total disaster. We got on our flight early Saturday morning from Cairo to Amman Jordan. The plane took off and 30 minutes into a 1 hour flight they turned around and went back to Cairo for "electrical issues". After an hour on the tarmac we were asked to disembark. Total chaos after the disembarkation. It was fend for yourself until the next flight goes out which was 12 hours later. No instructions, no place to rest, go back out of security and start over. Second flight was over an hour late and that fight was just to take us to Amman where we had to spend the night in a disgustong, smoke-filled airport hotel and then catch our flight to the US the next day. We had upgraded for extra room, nope forget it. Middle seats, no room. Royal Jordanian Air had no ability to work with other airlines to get you home in a timely manner. We had to wait for the next international flight which was exactly 24 hours later. Total and absolute chaos. Even the Egyptians and Jordanians called it an absolute "Shiz Show". Royal Jordanian Air demonstrated both incompetence on the front end and an inability to make it right on the back end. Either they chose not to put any effort into making it right or they had no ability to do so. Either way it makes for very unreliable international travel. I will never fly this airline again.

viaggio da tanti anni, ho comprato un volo su booking per la thilandia a maggio con partenza a fine novmebre. Il volo è stato cambiato dalla compagnia come date ed orario, di conseguenza anche scalo. Sono stati pessimi perchè a distanza di 3 settimane dalla partenza hanno nuovamente cambiato la data, nonostante avessimo confermato le data a seguito dell'ennesimo loro cambiamento. Ad oggi il volo originario è addirittura stato cancellato. Sono dei truffatori, nessuno ha scritto una mail con scuse o giustificazione. NON VOLATE CON QUESTA COMPAGNIA!

Darei 0 se potessi ma purtroppo non sì può, compagnia inaffidabile in 3 mesi sono cambiate le date e gli orari decine di volte, alla fine ci obbligavano a fare uno scalo di 3 giorni per mantenere le stesse date per poi cancellare definitivamente il volo a due settimane dalla partenza, MAI MAI PIÙ

Besser als gedacht. Service und Mitarbeiter hat sehr gut funktioniert. Kann die airline mit guten Gewissen weiter empfehlen

The worst airline ever!!! Do not book any flights with RJ. They sent me a confirmation email for my flight only to stand in the queue for one hour and then they tell me i have no reservation!!! And the my reservation is preliminary. They also have the worst attitude.

Mes vols ont été décalés à deux reprises, aucunes explications, aucunes compensations alors que de mon côté j'ai dû acheter d'autres billets d'avions pour finir mon voyage. A l'aéroport d'Amman j'ai dû payer mon bagage en soute alors que c'était compris au départ de Rome ??? Les sièges sont extrêmement durs et donc très inconfortables pour un trajet de 4h30. C'est la pire compagnie que j'ai eu à prendre et je suis un grand voyageur.

Worst ever never again , broke my suitcase , no compensation, no entertainment on the aircraft. squeeze myself all the way . NEVER AGAIN

This an edited review. I was wronged by Royal Jordanian airlines but they made a great effort to correct their mistake. I am satisfied in the end, however I still don’t appreciate the rude representative that initially handled my call.

And iam already book business class , I need to walk distance to paid for over weigh and back again to take my ticket bad service in royal Jordanian in dubai ,

Compagnie à fuir le service des crew assez médiocre, aucune amabilité ni sourire.Le service du repas en bousculade, d autres avaient le choix et d autres sans poser des questions.
Je ne recommande pas cette compagnie,
