Mi sono trovato bene. Aereo FCO-AMM e ritorno puntualissimo, pulito, confortevole. E' anche possibile utilizzare il wi fi a bordo gratuitamente per 15 minuti. Cibo a bordo discreto. Personale gentile, soprattutto il personale di terra a FCO.

Never credited my trip segments to my account. Emailed support 5 or 6 times and never got any replies. Lousy company.

I previously sent an email and also attempted to contact your support team by phone, but unfortunately I have not received any response or assistance so far. This experience with customer support has been very disappointing.

If you are eligible for Visa on arrival, they don't believe they want you to give a birth visa right now, other wise we will give your ticket to any other person on 50% off yes they did with me

Given the recent events in the Middle East and the closed airspaces, the airline failed to do any proactive communication, waiting until the LAST MINUTE to cancel flights. Further, I have concerns regarding the safety of their flights, most respectable Gulf airlines have cancelled their flights while RJ continue to operate on some routes (ie Istanbul- Amman).

I have very bad experience with this airline. The staff of this airline are very rude and unhelpful. I came for transit two days ago last Sunday 22/02/2026 via Amman Airport and I didn't find any help. I have right for hotel as I had long waiting 24 hours. The staff inforced me to pay 232 dollar for one night. They didn't care about me and my husband who is an old man and very unwell. All the airlines give hotel for their costumers if they have more than 8 hours waiting but with this airline there is no help at all. I had story long time ago with this Amman airport. My ticket had been stolen by the staff when I had transit via Amman to travel to Russia. My husband and I feel very bad because of this Amman airport and this airline 😔

Ero molto preoccupata per le recensioni terribili che avevo letto, ma la sorpresa è stata davvero positiva. Volo piacevole e puntuale, vettore pulito e staff a bordo gentilissimo. Anche il cibo, curato. Ho volato per Amman, spero che le altre tratte siano altrettanto confortevoli e ci riproverò.

I recently travelled from LHR to DXB via Amman. My suitcase wheel was broken and the airline team in DXB offered no assistance until I prompted them. Initially they have offered a window seat and a lounge pass however they have not discussed repair of my suitcase. What is worse is that my suitcase cost is £250 and they have offered $35 dollars as compensation. I have then had to get a temporary fix in Dubai at my own cost and have asked them to carry out a permanent fix now I am back in London. I can assure you this is the worst experience of a customer service team and eventually I met the duty manager on my journey home who was passive aggressive. Please for your own sake do not you this airline carrier as they do not care for you as a customer when something goes wrong.

One of worst airline I found it 😢 extremely rigid staff.

As an Emerald member with the oneworld alliance, I have always received complimentary seat selection on partner airlines. That changed with Royal Jordanian. I paid $140 for two seats that were clearly shown as a two seat row. When my wife and I boarded, we discovered the row actually had three seats. No one pays extra for a middle seat — ever.
When I returned home, I contacted Royal Jordanian. On January 13, 2026, they emailed me, apologized, acknowledged the mistake, and confirmed I would receive a refund. After weeks of silence and no credit appearing on my statement, I followed up on February 3, 2026.
On February 10, 2026, Royal Jordanian reversed their position and stated they would not refund the money — directly contradicting their own written commitment. It appears they hoped I would simply forget about it.
In my opinion, this airline is deceptive, dismissive of paying customers, and completely indifferent to loyalty status. I sent a final email on February 10 giving them until February 12 to respond. As expected, they never replied.
Stay far away from this airline. Their customer service is unreliable, their promises mean nothing, and their treatment of loyal travelers is unacceptable.

My grandparents went on to the flight and people wanted to switch with them because they had a special extra paid seat and they paid for extra wheelchair and stuff and the service was terrible they put them into the wheelchairs and left them alone and a guy helped them halfway and they came out pushing their heavy bags without anyone helping them and they came out and the person who helped them only did that because my grandma kept screaming on how they left them alone and my grandma asked the flight attendant for water and she wouldn’t bring it for her.

had a very disappointing experience flying with Royal Jordanian from Amman to Manchester, and I feel compelled to share it.

As a mother travelling with a young baby, I expected at least basic understanding and support. Unfortunately, I received the opposite. The cabin service was extremely poor. I had to press the service button around nine times before anyone responded, which is completely unacceptable on a long-haul flight.

Although a baby bassinet was available, I was allowed to use it for only one and a half hours, despite the flight lasting nearly five hours. This made the journey unnecessarily stressful for both me and my baby.

What was most upsetting was the attitude of the cabin crew. At one point, I was told to “stop your baby crying”, as if this was something fully under my control. Any parent knows that babies cry, especially during flights, and this comment felt insensitive and humiliating. It was implied that my baby was disturbing VIP passengers seated behind the curtain, and their comfort seemed to matter more than the well-being of a mother and child.

I felt disrespected, judged, and treated without basic human empathy. This experience left me feeling more like a problem than a passenger.

I would never ever ever recommend flying with Royal Jordanian not a good company at all they delay flights first of all and they cancel it for no reason and when you ask for compensation they say well the flight was cancelled due to bad weather so on this occasion we are not able to compensate you!! so instead basically what they try to do is Dodge passengers by booking them in a hotel staying overnight because obviously their flight was cancelled for no reason and then booking you on the next flight for the next morning so they don’t care whether you are affected on your next flight or the layovers you have on your next flight…So overall do not fly with this company there are scammers and it's just stressful experience flying with them. Experience flying with them.

Absolutely disgraceful airline.
Royal Jordanian is a complete failure in every possible way. Communication is nonexistent, staff are rude, arrogant, and openly disrespectful, and customer service is an absolute joke.

The experience at Amman airport was a nightmare. The service level is shockingly primitive — chaotic, inefficient, and humiliating for passengers. It felt like stepping decades back in time. No structure, no professionalism, no basic respect. Staff act like passengers are an inconvenience rather than paying customers.

There is zero accountability, zero empathy, and zero effort to solve problems. Delays are handled with silence, questions are met with hostility, and complaints are clearly ignored. This airline does not care about passengers at all.

I will never fly Royal Jordanian again, under any circumstances. I strongly warn everyone: do not book with this airline unless you enjoy stress, disrespect, and complete incompetence. There are far better airlines — Royal Jordanian is one to avoid at all costs.
