First the order has been delayed by a month, and when trying to communicate with the brand the response were delayed as well. After waiting a month I finally got a email stating my order was shipped. When trying to track my order it’s saying order not found smh horrible Brand never will order from them again

i was looking to order their mystery box deal and get the middle level one the “premium” mystery box as they said “spend £100+ and the box will be free” so went to try and do this however did not work, the other mystery box’s work the “gold” and “platinum” however i wanted the box i was spending the amount for not a cheaper or more expensive one. the “premium” box did not work as it refused to take the cost off for whatever reason, they were not out of stock as i checked multiple times. so simply i send them an email about it asking for help. about a week past and nothing back so i send a couple more to different emails i received offers and general information like sales ect yet nothing on what i asked about. finally i gave up and went to settle which the cheaper box the “gold” mystery box yet they have removed the offer and changed it to the standard and cheapest mystery box if i spend over £80. i was outraged, as a result of them not responding to my simple question i lost out on the offer i was questioning about and i feel cheated. overall they need to fix this.

Made an order over 2 weeks ago and I'm still waiting for it, I have contacted them via multiple platform's only to receive no response

In the process of claiming back money now do not buy from these people you will regret it there customer service is some of the worst I've experienced this company doesn't deserve your money

ordered over a week ago haven’t received my order or an email saying it’s been dispatched or where it is have emailed them and had no response still have no idea where my order is !!

My Order #118434 was sent 11 days late even after I repeatedly asked to cancel it when it was so late. All I got back from you since I placed the order on 09/11 was that the delivery would be refunded and parcel would be with me on 18/11 or 19/11, it wasn’t even received by Royal Mail until 21/11 and I haven’t even got the delivery refund.. Nothing back from you guys at all about the issue.

I submitted a further 2 forms on your page as to make sure my emails were going through and even on those forms you didn’t reply. Submitted a claim on the buyer protection, Messaged on instagram, Facebook, not one single reply on anything. My emails were a reply direct to the Shopify email which literally says I’m able to reply to the message but also I added in the email from the website just to make sure they were actually going through.

Also a bit disappointed that the order was then just forced onto being delivered because you never took my request to cancel, so now I have to sort out returning it.
Also a bit disappointed that I was one of the WhatsApp members that you promised a mystery box to in the next 25 orders. I placed an order within 20 mins of that message and didn’t receive anything, then the day after you email to say again you’re doing another free mystery box with the next 100 orders. Was this because I didn’t place an order fast enough or was it because it was sent 11 days late?

Appreciate it you could look into this and actually respond, pretty annoyed about the customer service not responding but then still receiving promotional emails to get me to place another order.

Haven’t received my parcel and I get an email asking how they’ve done. It’s been 2 weeks since I’ve ordered and the tracking details haven’t updated. I sent an email 2 days ago and haven’t got a response. I’ve ordered from Rmdy once in the past and had a similar problem but thought I would give them the benifit of the doubt as they responded and helped me sort it last time. It’s a shame as I really enjoy wearing their clothing

I ordered 3 items and received 1 - have sent numerous emails requesting a refund for the 2 items I never received but have not received a reply!!! Terrible customer service and definitely will not order again!!!

I ordered on the 19/1 with delivery protection, I was unable to track my order as it would not load. After sending 5 emails on a number of emails and contacting them via social media there was still not proper response other than they will get to the bottom of it. THREE weeks on I still have not been responded to nor have I received my order!

I ordered over a week ago and have only been given an order number. Apparently my item has been on its way considering it’s a 2-4 delivery day. I emailed RMDY and received no reply at all and still have no update on my order. Order Number #118177

Quality Clothes, Quality Brand. Never a problem with these lot.

All items I have ordered have been excellent quality. The mystery boxes have been 5*. Would defo recommend. Delivery has been quick. My son loves the Rmdy brand.

Ordered an item two weeks ago, my item is stuck in "preparing shipment" and still waiting.
I have sent two emails one which they replied to say they are getting to the bottom of it, which was a week ago, then sent another today im still waiting for an update and if theres a problem I'll have a refund... which they have not replied to!
It is such a shame as I really do like the clothing.
Luckily I payed via PayPal so I have had to go through that route for a refund!!
STAY AWAY IF YOU WANT YOUR MONEY SAFE!!!!!!

RMDY clothing fit great, they have loads of different styles to choose from.

Great all round experience. Quality of hoodie is lovely and delivery was really fast. Size was perfect - I will definitely be buying again!

Rmdy clothing is spot on. Fit is perfect and it’s rly good quality. I’ll definitely be ordering again. Had a slight issue with my first order which arrived a little late but the 3 mystery boxes I bought were here on time
