Ordered a mystery box on a special offer and it should have included 3 items. Only 1 items got delivered and despite my best attempts to contact customer services, nobody has replied to any of the emails.

Got 3 pull overs in the Sherpa fleece, and now the track suit. All have been great quality. Had my fleeces for 3 years. Still going strong. Tracksuit newest purchase and will be buying more.

Amazing quality clothes, brought multiple items from them over the years with no issues. Fantastic customer service - I had a slight misunderstanding with a recent order and they replied to my email quickly, and provided me a generous voucher for the inconvenience. Would def recommend people buy from them, very underrated brand.

Great quality, great price, fast delivery

I made an order, and waited for them to deliver. I took 4 emails and 3 weeks for me to get my order. At that point they sent me another pair while the other was in the void so I ended up with two items. I gave the benefit of the doubt due to decent quality on the item.
I made another purchase for the matching hoodie to the bottoms I ordered, the same situation occurred with the delivery of that item too!! Then it came and was a different shade of grey so I had to return to the item 🙄 another 4/5 emails to actually receive the tracking label.
This all happened a third time for a tracksuit bought by my mum.

Overall I’m sorry but this company are completely incompetent when it comes to customer service, returns and delivery. They don’t care about doing what they are meant to. The only good thing is the items aren’t the worst quality but they are not worth the price ASWELL as the stress. Just steer clear and find elsewhere

The item was not true to size. I returned it following the instructions and requested an exchange. I know my retun has been delivered by Royal Mail but I received no confirmation from RMDY. No one is responding to my messages.

firstly i didn’t know items on sale could only be exchanged or given store credit for, this was annoying as i wanted a refund, secondly i sent my item back for an exchange 2 weeks ago, it still has not arrived and i have sent numerous emails to their customer support email for updates and inquiries on my package but no reply

The clothing is very comfortable and fit well how downside is the delivery it takes you long to get to you

Bought a good few pieces for my boyfriend for Christmas, he absolutely loved them. The sizing was perfect, the quality is great! We had a mystery box too and even the free gift we got with this was perfect for him also! Would 100% buy from here again, they definitely make perfect gifts!

Ordered end of November and received nothing emailed and contacted multiple times and nothing wrote a one star review and got an email saying they didn’t have stock and offered a refund. Replied before Xmas asking for a refund and still no refund.. made shopify aware done nothing so have make the police aware of their fraudulent actions.

So up until this week I’d have given 5 stars, I’ve ordered many times, great quality, speedy service - over the last 2/3 years of using.
I’ve ordered 6 items for Christmas gifts, I need to exchange 2, due to sizing, returns page won’t work! Emailed 3 times, no response!!

Placed an order for £150 worth of clothes. Took 2 weeks to come, and the material of the tracksuit was really poor quality. Returns process is non existent you have to purchase your own shipping label. 4 weeks later still have not received a refund, and no reply to emails I have sent despite receiving many many marketing emails. Will never purchase from this company again.

Poor returns service, website says Xmas orders have an extended time to be returned but when you try to do it the system says you are out of timescales. Sent 2 emails regarding this to the correct email address and had no reply. Now stuck with items and no facility to return them, disappointing as delivery and clothing quality is good.
