Recently purchased professional kitchen…
Recently purchased professional kitchen knives and Radford Bright cutlery. The knives are a joy to use and extremely sharp, I only wish I’d discovered them sooner. The cutlery looks amazing, very comfortable to use for all three generations of our family. It’s a bonus being able to put the cutlery in the dishwasher.

Our order for two new sharpening wheels was very easy to place and quickly dispatched. However the order was packed in a huge box; it could easily have been packed in a padded bag, or at least a much smaller box

Nice chopping board
Arrived on schedule. 38cm size chopping board. I had oiled it and have used it once. I thought the surface in spots was a bit rougher than I had anticipated. I suspect that will improve with time and use. Since I have only used once, very difficult to say much more. Once again, the proof of this item is how it stands up over time.

The products are very high quality
The products are very high quality, and of great design. I bought salt and pepper chrome grinders for the dinner table. They come with a little tray, and complete the look. Your eyes are immediately drawn to lovely fluted design in the middle of the table. Decent dispatch time, and I received it on time as it wasn’t sent by Evri!

Incredibly helpful staff in Chipping Camden shop, rapidly responsive online when samples sought (arrived in under 48 hrs) and shop really helpful in taking the samples back and crediting their cost against the set of flatware we bought - and with which we are delighted.

Happy days.
Using the cutlery reminds me of the happy days in the 70’s working for Robert Welch at the Silk Mill,Chipping Campden. It’s nice to see the product quality and the customer service are still the same.
Would highly recommend to anybody looking for well designed quality products.

I am sorry to hear you are disappointed by scratches developing on your cutlery from use. These light surface scratches will gradually develop a fine ‘patina’, which give all metals a gloss or sheen with age.
