Love Love Love
I absolutely love the silverware set I've purchased! It looks stunning, elegant, and festive. The quality is outstanding. Delivery to the US took less than a week; I was pleased with the speedy delivery and how everything was packed (I included two ceramic vases in my purchase and was worried about them, but everything arrived in perfect condition).
Definitely returning, and also created a wishlist for my birthday.

Great quality cutlery
The ability to buy individual pieces of cutlery has meant I have been able to build a collection of exactly the size and mixture of styles I needed.
Delivery has always been prompt and the quality of RWD cutlery is excellent.

Poor, just poor
Well, I had an awful experience with this company before. After I left a comment on one of their adverts, I was, very much, encouraged to get back in touch- they wanted to reach out, wanted to re-review.
What an absolute waste of my time!
They now claim the managing director has had a look at my pictures of the awful, useless, frying pan I had purchased. Apparently, the MD agrees with their 'expert' that it had been used incorrectly, and that metal utensils were used with it. Like I told them, I haven't owned metal utensils for decades but because their 'expert' said I had, then the whole company (and everyone who works for them) believes that to be true.
I don't think for a second the MD even knows I exist, let alone take the time to look at some pics some dude sent in.
They've actually made me feel as though they don't want my business, and are happy to shoo me away. Probably why they point blank refuse to honour their 'lifetime guarantee'. What an absolute joke!

We did take the time to carefully review the photographs you provided, and the conclusion reached was based solely on what could be seen in the condition of the pan. I completely understand that you disagree with that assessment, and I appreciate that this makes the outcome all the more frustrating from your perspective.
Please be assured that our guarantee is applied consistently and fairly, and never based on how much a customer has spent or how long they have shopped with us. Every case is reviewed on its own merits.
While we aren’t able to offer a replacement on this occasion, I am genuinely sorry that we’ve not been able to provide the resolution you were hoping for. That is never a comfortable position for either side. The outcome remains as previously explained. Kind regards, Julia - Customer Services

Fast delivery - high customs duty for delivery to Europe
Fast delivery, helpful customer service, good quality, absolutely nothing to complain about - just that customs duty (for delivery to Europe) cannot be calculated in advance. For me it was 35% on top of the price shown online. So all in all, too expensive for me.
