We recently purchased a house through Robinson Reade in Park Gate, and what an experience from start to finish. Donetta took over our case once the offer had been accepted and couldn’t have been more thorough and helpful. She kept everything going and made the process go quicker and smoother. I would definitely not have been as sane without her.

Donetta went above and beyond to keep us updated, supported us when the sale fell through due to our buyer pulling out, and then helped us after we re-offered on the house. She also played a crucial role in getting the searches back and everything completed.

It was a pleasure working with Donetta, and I should also mention the entire team. Although I didn’t directly speak with them, they definitely played a huge part in the background.

We met with Jane to discuss marketing our apartment. We were impressed by her professionalism and honesty. We quickly decided we wanted Robinson Reade to represent us and the photos and video were taken the next day.
We have been very pleased with the speedy progress and have every confidence Jane will find us a buyer.

Initially very quick communication and actions taking place, towards the end there was a few occassions where we felt there was not enough urgency on our communication and requests and we needed to repeat ourselves a few times as some points raised by us were either missed or ignored.

All the team at Robinson Reade are very professional and have got a lot of experience in the local area and gave us a lot of advice on how to sell our house. The pricing was very accurate. I would definitely recommend using this agent. My only regret is that I did not use Robinson Reade when I first put the house on the market. This would have saved me a lot of time and stress.

I'm a landlord and use Robinson Reade as agents to manage my B2Ls. Most of the time, the houses tick over with little intervention, but sometimes - particularly when changing to new tenants - there is much to do. I've used RR for over 10 years now. When interventions are needed, they are quick, efficient and professional. They have a variety of tradesmen who are responsive, competent and charge reasonable rates. We've had a particularly good experience just before Christmas this year (2024) where RR found/turned around tenants in record time. Their advice throughout was first class.
