I never got my order. Been trying since December. Contacted customer service twice. Now it is April and I still have nothing. I work too hard for my money . DO NOT ORDER!! This is one huge scam

All the items look very beautiful and it's difficult to make the right choice. However some photos aren't very well taken. I'd love to have a closer look on some details. I my opinion this would really improve the buyer's experience. Hope this was helpful. Cheers!

I'm just here to update my entire experience with RockActive for customers contemplating a purchase with them.

A couple months ago I ordered three items together which were all shipped separately. I have finally received all three after a ton of emailing, writing reviews on trustpilot, waiting for weeks to months on end, being unable to track the shipments, and being uncertain that I would ever receive them and that my money wouldn't be lost. Everything shipped from China.

While I did receive my items, I probably wouldn't order from RockActive again because of the hassle, the wait, and the fear that I'd never receive my items.

If you do decide to take a chance on this company, I recommend only ordering one item at a time and then seeing if you get it without having to chase it down. Good luck.

First time ordering from this site. I have not received the items yet (will provide reviews on items later), but so far I'm very pleased with their customer service. I sent an e-mail to revise the sizing. I didn't read the notes to size up until after sending in my order. Customer Service responded to my e-mails, and took care of my request. Sending e-mail works best. I also received few discount codes thru e-mail for my next order. Now I look forward to receiving the items.

This was my first experience of ordering with Rock Active, it was easy, straight forward and I received a discount for joining. Free shipping anywhere in the world will definitely have me as a returning customer. Thank You

Rock Active has a great selection of stylish gear! I instantly fell in love with a pair of leggings and by the time I checked out I had added four more items to my cart. I'm stocked to receive and try on my new workout apparel.
Wish the mobile site had thumbnails to browse through. There was a lot of scrolling up and down.

I enjoyed shopping on your site, the only thing I found a little frustrating was that when I clicked on an item to see its details, and than pressed the back button to go back to the catalogue, it always brought me back to the beginning. This left no choice but to scroll all the back to my original position and was time consuming. It also made me hesitate to click on attire of interest as I did not want to go through the entire process again.
Other than that it was great.

What a site! And what incredible selection! Let me say, I am a shopping expert (whether that’s something to brag about, I’m not entirely sure), and I must confess that I was over the moon with the selection of unique and clearly well-made pieces. What wonderful additions to my wardrobe, which will surely set me apart from others owing to the pieces unique flare!

The first item in my order was delivered to the wrong state and address. I have attempted to contact a REAL PERSON without success. Your 24 hour cancellation policy is worthless. Since I have not received the item and am not likely to ever receive it I cannot get a refund. There were several items in my order. Will they all be delivered to the wrong state and address? Very disappointed.

My top arrived a few weeks after I’d ordered it and was dirty and stained. The marks were on the front. When I complained they offered me 50% discount or some credit towards another purchase. Why would I want 50% discount on a top I cannot wear?! To send it back cost me over $10 but they refused to refund me this money and as the company isn’t based in the UK I have no comeback on this. The top was $24 so for that price I could have gone to a reputable company and in future that’s what I’ll do as I certainly won’t be buying from this company again. Additionally, the top was an XL which according to their size chart is 40-42”. This one measured 28” and actually looked like a child's top. It would appear other people have had bad experiences with this company and I wish I’d read the reviews before I ordered. My advice - GO ELSEWHERE! Also, please note the reply belong. . They have told me in the reply it is my responsibility to bear the cost of sending their faulty goods back so don’t be fooled into thinking they have resolved this by refunding me the postage cos they haven’t!!

Delivery takes more than two months I still haven't received my order if one Giselle shorts pink. Ordered in January 2019. I will never shop from this app again.
