I signed up for a 2-year fixed-price…
I signed up for a 2-year fixed-price plan with Rogers in December 2025, after specifically confirming that my monthly price would remain $62.15, including tax, with no hidden charges . I later moved from Mississauga to Ottawa, but the agreed plan remained the same.
Since the beginning, Rogers has repeatedly charged incorrect amounts. My first bill was $152.54 instead of $62.15. After contacting Rogers, I was assured it would be corrected, but the problems continued.
More recently, a bill of $231.33 was issued. After escalating the matter, Rogers made an adjustment and revised the amount to $132.03, and I was told to continue paying $62.15 while the remaining balance would be adjusted. I paid $62.15 in both August and September. Based on this, the remaining amount should now be only $ 7.73, yet Rogers has again issued a bill for $71.67, and the previous adjustment is no longer properly reflected in my account.
This has been going on since July 2026. Every few months, I have to spend hours on the phone explaining the same issue to different representatives, often receiving completely different explanations. Spending 4-5 hours repeatedly just to correct billing errors is unacceptable.
Rogers: I am asking you to review my account history, honour the original 2- years fixed - price agreement, apply all promised adjustments correctly, and contact me directly to resolve this matter. I do not want another generic explanation - I want the billing corrected permanently
Terrible coverage
Great connection, but only in big cities. It costs a couple hundred km to drive and there's no communication. I live in St. John's NL, was on a business trip to Gus Bay, the connection was only up to Clarenville, and then LTE at best. And that's in places. It's utter horror.
Poor reception, terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Do mot trust this company.
Worse customer help ever
Worse customer help ever. I was put on a 2 year contract which i wasnt aware of at the time, with my internet and when I called to cancel i waz told I would be charged all this money if I canceled at the time. So I did 6 month suspension for 5 dollars when my contract was done in July they kept charging me instead of canceling my internet. When I saw the charge got high I kept calling but could not get through now they told my that I am responsible for a $600 dollar bill and there is nothing they can do to help me. How can I get such high bill when my contract ended in just and October just start. I am very upset and will be calling them again because this is unfair billing.

I’m very disappointed with my experience with Rogers. Last night I received a text directly from Rogers offering me a second line with 100 GB for $40/month with Auto-Pay and BYOD, and the message clearly said the offer ended September 30, 2026.
I tried to take advantage of the offer, but Rogers representatives were unable to set it up. I then called again today and spoke with around 4–5 different Rogers representatives. I spent approximately 3 hours being transferred around, explaining the same situation repeatedly, and nobody was able to honour or properly resolve the offer that Rogers themselves sent me.
This was an extremely frustrating waste of time. If Rogers sends customers a specific promotional offer, their representatives should be able to see it and apply it. Customers should not have to spend hours on the phone just to receive an advertised deal.
I have a screenshot of the promotional text showing the exact offer and expiry date. I’m very disappointed with the customer service and the lack of accountability or resolution.
The worst customer service ever 😒

This company harasses me almost daily re: my bill. They are incorrect about it as well. Horrible company.
They deserve a 0 star.
They do not deserve a 1 star. I ordered 2 phones 2 months ago. Was promised credits. I never got those credits. I contacted then, it only took 5 hours to talk to someone. Was given the same promises. Just got my new bill and still no credits.
Rogers scam people into purchasing their products.
I am beyond frustrated with Rogers
I am beyond frustrated with Rogers. This is the same problem every single month with my son’s mobile data. I pay my bill early and on time, yet I constantly end up dealing with his data being completely used up.
Yes, I understand that he uses the data — but this has become a constant problem every month, and I’m paying Rogers for mobile service that is simply not working for our needs.
What makes it even worse is the customer service. Trying to actually reach someone at Rogers when there is a problem is ridiculously frustrating. You spend far too much time trying to get help, only to feel like nobody is actually listening or willing to fix the issue.
I’m tired of paying Rogers every month and having the exact same problem over and over again. A company this large should be able to provide reliable mobile service and accessible customer support.
At this point, I’m seriously considering leaving Rogers altogether. I’ve had enough of paying for a service that leaves me frustrated month after month.
Rogers needs to do better. This is not acceptable customer service.
Worst customer service
Worst customer service! Doesn't care a bit about customer service! They will put you on hold for too long when they only need to put notes in the account! This is the worst Telco I've ever seen in my life! I filed a complaint to CCTS due to their incompetence!
Representatives of Rogers conveyed to…
Representatives of Rogers conveyed to me that the internet fee would be CAD 60 per month. I accepted the agreement; however, I was surprised to discover that the current bill amounts to CAD 130 per month. Should I cancel the contract, I will be liable for a charge of CAD 30 per month for the remaining duration. I would not recommend Rogers' services to anyone, as their representatives provided false information, and their customer service is exceedingly subpar.
Absolutely unconscionable treatment…
Absolutely unconscionable treatment from Rogers. I signed up for Internet service. My account was deactivated a day later, which was never explained to me. After waiting on hold for 8 hours across multiple days, I was finally told to call their fraud team to get the matter resolved. When I called fraud, I was asked for an extension I had not been given, so I had to call customer service again, wait on hold for another 2 hours, and then call fraud back with the extension. Upon calling fraud, I got a voicemail, not a person, and have never received a call back. Meanwhile, Rogers sent me the modem (despite canceling my account) and is now charging me a $300 fee for not returning it - but I can't return it because I can't get in touch with them to get instructions or close the account! This is not just poor customer service; it's unethical. Rogers should be ashamed.
Horrible Customer service
Horrible Customer service, waiting times to contact someone are completely outrageous, and then when you reach someone, the person has no idea what they are doing, absolutely horrid!
False advertising and stealing from customers.
I was deceived about the details of a contract with Rogers. I spoke with Leo whom after discussing terms of my renewal, confirmed to me that if I decide down the road to remove their wifi pods from my home, it will not be considered a contract termination or amendment but will rather just reduce my monthly charge so we go ahead and set the contract with a start date immediately. Then he transfers me to the customer care team to whom I explain that I want to have the pods removed from my home as they are not helping me and all of a sudden I am told I will be charged a $15 monthly cancellation fee! Like what the hell? What are you charging me for? It’s bad enough that I have to deal with your crappy connection? A deal which one of your colleagues just closed minutes ago and you guys telling me this? It’s bad enough that the person in customer care does not even seem to understand all what I am explaining.
This is the worse provider ever and I would never recommend using them.

I’m disappointed with my recent experience with Rogers.
I have three Rogers lines, and one of them was essentially never used after I purchased it. Despite this, I continued paying for the line for approximately 18 months. I recently discovered that there is still a $191 device balance associated with this unused line.
I understand that device financing has terms and that the remaining balance may technically be payable. However, after paying for a line that I essentially never used for approximately 18 months, I believe Rogers should be willing to consider a reasonable goodwill adjustment.
I contacted Rogers and asked them to review my account history and consider waiving the remaining $191 as a customer-retention gesture. I hoped someone from Rogers will take the time to look at the circumstances and find a fair resolution.
I have multiple Rogers lines and would prefer to remain a customer, but experiences like this can make customers question whether their loyalty is valued. I hope Rogers will review this situation and provide a meaningful resolution.
I have never financed a phone through…
I have never financed a phone through them I have always purchased my own yet my monthly fees for just my mobile phone is now well over $100/month and they continue to increase my bill with out providing any changes in services. My cell phone bill increased by 33% from last year. With what my spouse pays for the internet , cable and his cell phone and what I pay for mine our total Rogers spend is our largest house hold bill and is ridiculous! Time to start looking at other providers as Rogers has become the greedy giant in Canada.
This company is a joke
This company is a joke. Thieves, really. Cancelled with them months ago. They kept charging me, basically told me to bad and they’re trying to make me pay over $1000. Don’t ever sign up with this gross company.
Worst customer service ever
Worst customer service ever. I can't even talk with a human.
I have never agreed to 'Rome like home' when I was abroad, but they charge 18$/day and I complained over chat with AI because i can't talk with human even i called. And what they say is even i didn't activated or they didn't explain about 'Rome like home' it's automatic and there is no way to charge 'pay per use'
Anyway it is ridiculous that you can't reach to talk to real person.
The worst customer service ever.
I am switching company. Never again
I’d give a negative rating if allowed
I’d give a negative rating if allowed. I’m in Kitsilano Vancouver and “spotty” internet connection doesn’t even begin to describe it. I waited 4 days for a tech the first time and he replaced the modem and that didn’t fix anything. Now I have e to wait 5 days - and all the people on the other end of the line keep telling me to do is unplug the modem - and that works for like 5 minutes (while they’re on the phone, so they say the problem is fixed) - and things go off again. I’m behind on work a whole week - and all the manger can is credit me 10 days - as if that makes up for the loss. I’m better off without internet at this point. At least that way I don’t have to deal with their hassle. Get rid of Roger’s - what a waste of time and money.
Unable to reach a customer service…
Unable to reach a customer service agent in Ontario Canada, I have endured the lengthy wait times only to be hung up on and told a Roger’s agent cant take my call, I’ve have called the 24hr tech support only to receive another message telling me to call back. I have filed a complaint with the BBB so I can close my accounts & Roger’s doesn’t answer their phone.
I would recommend that you use another provider other than Rogers!
