The staff are always considerate, helpful and empathetic when it comes to solving problems; e.g. poor fit, returns.

Ron Dorff make classic pieces from quality fabrics; their clothes are well fitted in accordance with accurate sizing. Each collection uses a range of complementary colour schemes that allows for balance and a variety of styles.
My only complaint is the overpriced postage (£15 for a single item) I paid, and when visiting the new store in Soho, I was disappointed to find it smaller than the previous one.

I had an issue with an order
I had an issue with an order. I have written 5 emails to their customer email address and also used their customer portal from their website over the last 6 weeks. No one has bothered to contact me back.
Terrible customer service. The only times I have witnessed similar service has been when companies are about to go out of business- so I would exercise caution if purchasing from them

• 31 December: you contacted us to retrieve your order number and we replied the same day with your order details and return instructions
• 09 January: we responded regarding your return request
• 19 January: we followed up with an update about temporary UK return delays due to an internal logistics update
• 26 January: we replied again with full instructions and have been awaiting your confirmation since then
We completely understand your frustration, but please rest assured that we have been responding at each step and your request has never been ignored.
We are still happy to assist you and finalise your return. Please simply reply to our last email so we can proceed immediately.

Les lignes sont parfaites MAIS
Les lignes sont parfaites et les coupes élégantes … MAIS la qualité ne justifie en rien le prix ! À l’essayage d’un pantalon le bouton a craqué , ça peut arriver. Mais le même à la maison a fait pareil et il n’est pourtant pas trop petit. Le pantalon commence à feutrer après une seule fois (le bouton ayant sauté et ne pouvant pas mettre de ceinture il n’a jamais été reporté) donc il n’a même pas été lavé . Presque 200 euros . Je ne renouvellerai pas l’expérience, les matières sont apparemment de piètre qualité .
