Blind was delivered on the date expected.
Am very happy with the blind, it looks good (nice green colour) and is effective in blocking the heat.
Everything listed in the fitting instructions leaflet was there. Instructions clear and easy to follow.

Intelligent and responsive. Had been searching for a window component with no luck. RW4Y sorted it

Very helpful and a great service. Helped me identify the exact part I needed, only low in value on an older Fakro roof window but provided great service when other companies would likely not.
Will use this company again without doubt and happy to recommend.

The goods came when they said they would. All the bits were there.
The only markdown is that the lead time was quite long.

This is a trustworthy and very reliable company. I purchased a handrail for a loft ladder, which came exactly as described. It was the correct product, and was suitably packaged to keep it protected and safe. Thank you so much for such a positive experience.

I cannot comment on the blinds as they were ordered on behalf of a client. However, the delivery was appalling with the most discourteous driver I have EVER encountered. He was having difficulty finding the property and was so rude on the 'phone that I hung up. He handed the items (which were large and heavy) to my client and offered no assistance in carrying them. It is obvious that my client has a severely bad back but no offer was forthcoming. RW4Y - you need to investigate this because if reflects so badly on your company.

Products are good - our windows and blinds are fifteen years old now, and we have just had the first need to repair a blind.

However, very disappointed with Fakro Customer Service, a real "Computer says No" attitude - flat refusal to engage with us on either repair or replacement unless we could produce the blind's serial number and, despite thorough examination of the blind, we could not (we recall now there were some adhesive paper labels which came off after several years in the sunshine and which we did not keep).

We were subsequently able quite easily though to identify a replacement blind on Fakro's linked blind vendor partner's website - quite why Fakro's Customer Service couldn't/ wouldn't help us with that is a mystery.

It's a real shame that we will never know whether our original blind could have been repaired, which we would have preferred given the pattern is no longer available, so we now do not have a matching set in the room.

Also, it is a waste if we've had to throw the existing blind away, if it could have been repaired.
