A 40 day delivery!!
Having ordered the replacement seals at the end of January they finally arrived 40 days later and not within the 20 days originally quoted which was disappointing.

Hi Peter, we're really sorry about this experience with us. This was delivered in 27 working days which is unfortunately over the 20 days we advise, this is down to all parts being manufactured to order.
We are extremely sorry for the delay and tried to keep you updated regularly but we understand the frustration around this. Apologies again and hopefully when you order from us we can rectify this for you.

RW4Y has eneacted the order so far perfectly. The only comment one can make is that the transport company did not as they had said phone or text with a time slot unlike every other transport company whom can give you a 1 or 2 hour window. Luckily we were available at time it arrived.

Hi, thank you for the great feedback. In regards to the delivery company not alerting you, this definitely does seem strange as they should contact you before. I will flag this with them.

Hi John, thanks for the great review. Great to hear.
Tired of waiting
Being informed, say an hour before delivery would be helpful instead of waiting in all day.delivered at5pm.
Then driver left the window 20yds from my door, telling me it wasn't heavy.
I am 78.then also had to get it up my steps

Hi Robert, we're sorry you didn't have a good experience with the delivery company we use.
We have spoken to them about this issue, and they confirmed it was booked two days prior to the delivery date. However, it is an all-day service, unfortunately, unless you pay for AM or PM slot.
All deliveries are also kerbside only and at the driver’s discretion if they want to take it any further. We hope that clears that up for you and hasn't caused you too much further trouble.
Great support and prompt delivery
