    Wasn’t what I expected roses look a lil dry and I wouldn’t order again I was disappointed but it’s alright at least I know now

    These are wonderful blooms

    These are wonderful blooms . They are large with bright, vibrant colors and stay fresh for weeks. Your shipping method maintains the integrity of the flowers so there are no lost flowers in transit. I really enjoy the option to personalize my bouquet using the color combinations that mean something to me and my loved ones

    Rosaholics have the best roses!

    The selection at Rosaholics is incredible, and what you see is what your recipient will get -big, beautiful, healthy flowers. They have rose variants and colors I've never seen before. Everything is packaged carefully, and arrive in partial bloom, getting bigger and more vibrant after a day or two. Their flowers last; some have lasted more than two weeks! I will never buy roses from anywhere else.

    Exceptional Product AND Quality Service!

    The quality of your roses are exceptional and it’s the main reason why I’ve been a customer with a subscription for as long as I have. The service is also equally important (when there is an issue) and the one time the roses showed up in poor quality, I reached out and it was a great experience. I recommend your service/product to anyone that will listen, you deserve it. It’s very hard to get this level of quality at a reasonable price with great service. You have it figured out!

    I ordered flowers for my mom’s bday and…

    I ordered flowers for my mom’s bday and I ordered it the month before and even got the insurance because I explained how important it was to be delivered on her bday. They sent it and then ups had it out to be delivered and then they took it to another ups facility instead of my moms so the fresh flowers was held at ups for 2 extra days so then they deliver 2 days after the dead flowers. I inform this company of the situation and they are not even concerned about anything and could care less about the entire thing. I will never order from them and I will tell everyone how horrible their customer service is and how very unprofessional and disgusting they were about ruining my moms bday !

    Horrible customer service

    The Groupon wasn't working so I emailed customer service since there is no option to call and talk to someone. Paula answered but didn't even read the emails thoroughly enough to know what I was requesting help with. She saw I had placed an order and responded to my email asking for help with: "glad you got it taken care of" even though it was a second order that I needed help with, per the email- had she taken the time to read it... Nothing was resolved for several days and I didn't receive any kind of help from Paula. I figured it out myself several days later. When I was emailing back-and-forth with Paula, I requested a phone call to get it resolved quickly. Since I ordered three Groupon to be sent as gifts, at the same time for the holidays. And she said that she could not call me. And then I still didn't get any help. I was very disappointed in this company. Definitely will never use again.

    Edited (1/15/26) to add my response to the companies response:
    I have no reason to lie or exaggerate my poor experience with this company. The company's response seems unapologetic and defensive. Another reason not to use this company. There are a lot of flower shops out there. Spend your time & money wisely. You won't get any customer service or assistance from this company. Very disappointed in the company's response to my review. Two stars out of 10.
    Overall, highly disappointed in every single interaction with this company. And I RARELY leave reviews...

    My experience was d@mn near close to perfect

    The roses that I ordered could not be found anywhere else. I saw them and ordered them, and THEN started looking at the reviews. I was a little worried, seeing reports of damaged flowers, non-deliveries, etc. I also noticed that the delivery was accidentally scheduled by me for 3 weeks earlier than they should have been, and it was a Friday night! I panicked, and sent an email to customer support and crossed my fingers.

    On Monday morning I received an email back stating that they had fixed the delivery date for me. Whew! I asked a couple of more questions and customer service was quick and helpful with their responses. Either I got lucky (doubtful since I spoke to several different people there), or Rosaholics has listened to their customers and very much improved upon their customer service.

    The flowers were delivered and the recipient said that they were the most beautiful and unusual that she had ever seen. I didn't know if she was just saying that in appreciation or what until I saw a picture, and they really did look amazing. None dead or damaged, and they were full and beautiful.

    She keeps the bouquet at work for all to see, and several of her clients even asked if they were real because they looked so nice.

    Surprisingly to me, 10 days later she sent another photo of them, and they STILL looked like they were new! She said that she was babying them, so that helps I'm sure. I also reviewed this (the Ghost bouquet) on Rosaholics site, and in my review you can see her photograph of the roses, 10 days after delivery. :)

    This was my first experience with Rosaholics, and I will 100% be ordering from them again. Now, if I can just get them to offer the glow in the dark roses all year round, or at least all the way through the holidays...

    Hello, once the roses received water they looked alive again. They are beautiful. Fast reliable service. I’ve ordered several times now and navy had an issue.

    Roses lasted so long they started to sprout new growth

    The roses I received had lasted over 3 weeks and have even sprouted new growth. I’ve never been able to enjoy flowers this long. Such a fun birthday gift, I will be ordering from this company for my flower needs too!

    If I could give lower than 1 star

    If I could give lower than 1 star, I would. Horrible customer service. They lie to sell you flowers and guarantee delivery by a certain date, then change the date after purchase. I was guaranteed delivery by 12/23/25 and did not receive delivery, then they changed the date to 12/30/25 and said it was my fault. Crappy company and poor customer service. Do yourself a favor and buy local or from another company. Don’t trust this company, they suck!

    Bad service, late packages that miss the event

    Careful. I made an order a week and a half ago that was suppose to arrive for a birthday. As soon as I got the UPS tracking a week later, I saw it was going to be late and I reached out pleading to their support. They said UPS mistakenly showed a later date. Well. That date has passed and looks like it wasn’t UPS that was wrong but Rosaholics. Very poor customer service, especially considering what I paid. They have stopped responding.
