Charged for special delivery that was late
I paid extra for flowers to be delivered on a specific date. Flowers were late due to transport issues - I asked for refund of delivery fee and that was denied. Instead I was offered a 10% discount which I will not be using since I won't be ordering from this company again. Delivery issues happen but the failure to address them fairly is not acceptable. Other flower companies will refund charge AT A MINIMUM.

I ordered 2 dozen roses to be delivered…
I ordered 2 dozen roses to be delivered 2/13. I don't know if it was a glitch in the system or what, but they shipped them 2 weeks early. Conveniently for them, there is a no-exceptions clause to not update delivery or provide refund. Then, the roses showed up and looked beat up. Rosaholics claims that as soon as you open the box... all i did was slit the tape to look inside... there are no returns and no exceptions. So, if you want to return the roses, you absolutely CANNOT open the box whatsoever. Trash company.

Our records show that no request was received to change the delivery date. The request submitted was related to a personal note update, which unfortunately could not be accommodated because the order had already shipped at the time of the request.
We aim to be transparent in all ways, and our policies, including our return policy, are shared on our website and during the checkout process, and were also explained during our direct communication.
We still made an exception in this case in an effort to provide additional support beyond our standard policy.

I've been ordering from Rosaholics for around 5 years now; greater than 30 orders. Neither have I received an order late, nor have I received a bad shipment. Highest quality each time. Each color selected has been amazing. The longevity has also been amazing. Absolutely the best place to order flowers.

My order came on time & they are beautiful. Flowers were not in season, but they still were able to deliver nonetheless. They are blooming nicely, & my friend loved her flowers for her birthday gift. She keeps updating me with pictures telling me how beautiful they are. 10/10 will recommend.

There were 2 issues with the roses i…
There were 2 issues with the roses i purchased. 1) I purchased 24 roses and received 21 roses. 2) some of the roses looked like they were burnt by the cold. There were 7 roses that had dark colored spots on some pedals. I know my shipment was delayed in customs an extra day or two - that may have contributed to the durn spots?
Overall, she was overjoyed with the beauty of your roses and they lasted about two weeks. I was not appreciative of being shorted 3 roses. But, it was a mistake that can happen to anyone.

This flower company truly made me feel special. The roses arrived right on time for my birthday, beautifully packaged and incredibly fresh. I ordered the Black Mamba roses, and they were absolutely stunning in person—rich, bold, and elegant. What impressed me most is that they lasted almost two weeks with minimal care, which says a lot about the quality. From the presentation to the longevity, everything exceeded my expectations.
