Candela on live chat was a great help today. Very informative and quick to respond, not to mention polite (which I have had little experience of in the past with other departments within Ross & Liddell). Although my main query has yet to be resolved, I feel content and at ease that it will be dealt with soon.

Had some billing queries as I had recently moved into. Went into live chat and spoke to Candela. She was super prompt and answered all my questions, and sent me all the information i needed to get my direct debit set up! Brilliant service.

Contacted and spoke to Leah who was quick to repond and answered my question.

Live chat with Paige to follow up on an issue I have. She tried to contact the company during the chat with no success. She will keep me informed by email.

Just wrote another check for Ross and Liddle it’s the worst factor out there 70 Craigpark in Dennistoun been ripped off by this factor for roofing repairs they charged us Nearly £200 between the other tenants for two screws on the bannister this factor just has a license to print money I don’t know how the law doesn’t investigate them

This review is solely about the CHAT function, specifically with Nicole. She was prompt, polite and efficient.
I am not a fan of this facility, much more can be said and achieved in a much shorter time with more detail being exchanged more accurately use person to person conversation.
But on this occassion it was satisfactory.

Candela dealt with my query very promptly and efficiently and was extremely courteous in her communication.
