Complete scam I ordered 2 dress everytime after payment they say dress is not available getting refund they dont do it please do not order anything from this website totally scam ...

Took a risk and ordered a dress and it arrived 3 weeks later. It's a slightly different dress than on the pictures and it's so badly made I actually feel embarrassed to own it. Avoiddddd I beg you

Edit: after many many emails over the past 6 weeks I have just received a return address, for information here is what they sent:

I have googled this address and it is associated with other companies with low Trustpilot reviews such as Earthhikershop and Plusmans.

Scam. Please report them on instagram too! They will not give me a return address so I cannot return the items. They have printed colours and designs onto thin white fabric. The cut is not the same as the photos, everything is baggy and cheap.

ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY TO BUY FROM — DO NOT SUPPORT. They are refusing to let me return my products, will not give me a refund, and are disgustingly rude and the worst company I’ve ever shopped from. I’m going to file a fraudulent claim with my bank as they will not process my return. Never shop here.

I made an order, after payment I didn’t receive a confirmation email, so I went back to the site, my email wasn’t registered, they provided a tracking site so I put my shipment number there was no shipment !!!!!!

Sconsiglio vivamente di acquistare da questo sito. Il completo che mi è stato spedito non è affatto come quello che mostrano in foto: la stoffa è scadente, il modello terribile, la taglia della camicia gigante (ho ordinato una S), il colore giallo anziché beige. Aggiungo che è complicatissimo fare il reso perché continuano a rispondere alle mie mail con proposte come quella di cambiare l'articolo che ho acquistato con un altro o di accettare un rimborso di 8 euro rinunciando a restituire la merce.

The price is so crazy and the quality is gross. All the products that I've got were super awful with the fabric.

I fully agree with previous reviews that state the company has dreadful customer service and I can only assume they are scammers. I ordered clothing from them as they state that goods could be returned. The website also states the garments are cotton and/or linen, but when receiving the goods they not. They are polyester, if labelled at all, and very poorly made. Nothing like the images on the website. I have now tried 4 times to contact them to arrange a return but get no response except the first time when they asked for photos. I should not have to send them photos of their own poorly made clothing! I have not heard from them again despite politely emailing them 3 further times. I am pursuing this further via PayPal and Amex. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Very terrible seller , like a fraud.

The pants I bought ripped when I wore it the day after I received it. Did not even wash it. The material is totally different from whats in the photo and no branding / label on each clothing that signifies the Rotimia brand. It arrived quickly as I live in Hong Kong. Also in the website there’s no option to cancel your order.

Quality is terrible - it’s all cheap and just crap print. They take ages to refund and charge you to do so! I lost $107 to this company!

Une commande à 130€. Les vêtements ne me vont pas, je leur demande l’adresse pour le retour bizarrement ils ne répondent plus. Je vais entamer une procédure juridique. NE COMMANDEZ PAS
