Rottner Gun Box Gunmaster XL Biometric Lock Black Was my order and I am well pleased with it, I just needed somewhere to secure documents and data backup, the only small issue is that width wise I’d just that few mm small for an A4 sheet

Issue with delivery not arriving, but resolved satisfactorily in the end.
25-9-24 I would like to add an update to my review below. When I did get to speak to someone via the telephone number, the issue with delivery was clarified to be a DPD issue, and my order was resent out next day delivery. So everything was resolved satisfactorily in the end. I have moved my star rating to 4 stars.
Previous review below.
It's now 13 days since I placed my order. On my account it is shown as order completed. I have had no delivery. I raised a ticket after 9 days, but no one ha contacted me. I have had no updates. My experience with your company has been very poor.
