Topservice
Ik heb in december zowel een buitenkerstboom (3,60 m) als een binnenkerstboom (2,40 m) gekocht. Beide prachtige bomen. Makkelijk op te zetten, zij het dat je dat door het gewicht beter met z'n tweeën kunt doen. De standaard van de buitenkerstboom brak helaas door de sterke wind tussen kerst en nieuwjaar. Royalchristmas bood zonder betaling aan deze te vervangen. Topservice.

Arbre de très bonne qualité , bien fourni et magnifique. mes ampoules ne fonctionnaient pas à l'arrivée mais le service après vente a été très efficace, rapide et bien à l'écoute. SAV très sérieux. Maintenant mon sapin s'illumine parfaitement. Très contente de cette société.

Die Bilder/Fotos im Homepage stimmen…
Die Bilder/Fotos im Homepage stimmen mit den tatsächlichen Bäumen nicht überein. Jene Bäume, welche aus zwei verschiedenen Materialien bestehen, sehen absolut hässlich aus. Das sieht man aber im Verkaufsfoto leider nicht. Nach der Bestellung habe ich diesen Missstand gemeldet, leider wehrt sich der Verkäufer mit verlogenen Rethorik und veranlasst keine Rücksendung. Diese Firma muss man über Konsumentenschutz auf EU Ebene bestrafen, da sie Europaweit Waren verkaufen und die Kunden böswillig täuschen.

ADVARSEL..!!!!
ADVARSEL: KAN IKKE ANBEFALE, AT HANDLE HOS ROYALCHRISTMAS..!! Jeg har lige købt et kunst juletræ hos dem og da jeg modtog juletræet, var der fejl i lyskæden. Jeg konfronterede dem med det og fik tilbudt 10% afslag på træet, hvilket ikke engang kan dække omkostningerne på den fragt, som jeg har betalt - altså det svarer til, at jeg kan få et defekt juletræ fragtfri. DET ER VIRKELIGT DEN DÅRLIGSTE SERVICE JEG NOGENSINDE HAR VÆRET UDE FOR.
KAN PÅ INGEN MÅDE ANBEFALE ROYALCHRISTMAS..!!!!

Der Baum sah nicht ansatzweise so aus, wie die Fotos auf der Homepage. Die Dame im Mailkontakt sehr unfreundlich. Rücksendeporto in Höhe von 21 € muss ich tragen. Qualität des Weihnachtsbäumes total schlecht. Nie wieder für soviel Geld.

Disrespectful - non-existent customer "service"
Not happy with the way this company are handling my complaint regarding non-delivery of a Christmas Tree Bag which is basically to ignore all my correspondence - (email & messenger)!!
5 emails sent (1 response saying my order for a single bag was "too small" and that i should order 2! who needs 2 Christmas Tree bags for 1 tree? and the bag was originally attached to an order that included a tree but "disappeared" from my order - web-site"glitch"?) - 4 messenger messages (1 response saying "what order number")
I realise the current Global health situation but this complaint has been going on since November 2019 and is a shocking, disrespectful way to treat a customer

Very bad experience
Very bad experience. I don’t recommend this company! I bought a Christmas tree, but is missing a row from the low part of the tree. Can you imagine? I want to return it, but they told me: “I avoid you to return the tree”. Sincerely I don’t need a tree like that even for free!!!
Very, very, very bad quality.
The pictures on the site are not real! They selling waste.

I will have to give a feedback on our tree from royalchristmas. We had been delivered the wrong height Christmas tree, and wrote to their mail. quickly I got an answer. afterwards I called the company and was greeted by a friendly and welcoming staff member. We received a quick reply to mail afterwards that a new Christmas tree will be sent to us. Then Christmas is saved.
Can only say that because we trade with a Dutch company, and even live in Denmark, both web site translated into Danish and delivery time were fast.
We Will Think of you many Christmas in the future.

Ich habe gestern 2 Bäume zurückgeschickt. Bin mal gespannt ob ich mein Geld wieder bekomme. Bis jetzt hat mich der Spaß bereits 45 Euro Porto gekostet. Ich melde mich wieder.

Very not a reliable store
Very not a reliable store. They use cheap and low-quality delivery services. By Christmas, I was left without a Christmas tree and my money. At first they sent my package to no one knew where, and then they accused me of all the problems. Very bad customer attitude. The festive mood is spoiled, money is lost. Strongly do not recommend this store!

Stay away from this company
Stay away from this company. Bad products, HORRIBLE service, tree broke down after 3 days of use. Currently fighting to get my money back and a trying to return the tree. Never have I ever experienced such bad and ignorant customer service.
Edit - i have contacted the company prior to leaving a review and have received multiple replies. I would've expected customer service to be a lot better when getting a faulty product but no, definitely not the case with now. You should spend the time taking care of your customers instead of instantly replying to bad reviews. Then you would have happier customers.

If anything is broken you have the option to send us an e-mail about this info@royalchristmas.nl
The customer did not do this the first time, but placed a Trustpilot review with the complaint.
If we do not have received the complaint we can't deal with it of course.
Unfortunately sometimes by delivery something can break, of course we would like to solve this for the customer by sending new parts, but the customer has to send us an e-mail about this, which the customer in this case has not done.

Faulty product, not fit for purpose!
Faulty product not fit for purpose & very poor customer service!
Item was purchased in December at a cost of over £3000, the item arrived 7 days late and from the day the item arrived the faults were reported and backed up with photographic evidence. It was only up for 2 days and it snapped and was unable to be used.
The tree has been boxed up since before Christmas awaiting collection and refund but company is very unhelpful in resolving the problem.

Royal Christmas has been in contact with the customer several times.
We have taken note of the photo.
We wanted to solve the problem with the tree, the customer wanted to repair it by himself.
We have made proposals.
The Christmas tree was too big to send with the package service, it was sent with a transporter.
This is also clearly stated on the site.
Sending with a transporter takes longer.
We regret that the client writes that we have not contacted the customer, the customer knows that this is not the case.
We regret that the customer feels that we did not want to do anything about the problem.

Unterste Schublade!
Haben einen Baum für 150 Euro gekauft, da er uns dann doch zu kleine war, haben wir den nächst größeren Baum für 210 Euro gekauft. Den alten Baum haben wir dann nach telefonischer Absprache zurückgeschickt. Erst mussten wir 30 Euro für den Rückversand zahlen und dann wurde die Annahme verweigert. Durfte den Baum dann für 10 Euro wieder entgegennehmen. Als wir uns dann telefonisch mit den Sachbearbeitern auseinandersetzten wollten, wurde wir vertröstet dass der für uns Zuständige nicht da wäre oder keine Zeit hätte. Da keine Bäume nach Weihnachten zurückgenommen werden, bleiben ich auf dem Baum hocken, der mich letztendlich 190 Euro gekostet hat.

Royal Christmas --Fremsend en kopi af købsfaktura og vi skal se hvad vi kan gøre for dig som kunde.
Det eneste svar der er kommet fra Royal Christmas/ Dennis Veldpape er en mail med teksten OK!
Så man levere åbenbart defekte vare med fejl og mangler men ønsker tilsyneladende ikke af rette op på reklamationer på varer leveret af Royal Christmas så vær opmærksom på hvor du køber dine varer.

Apologies for not speaking Dutch, but I wanted to leave a review as the service I received was outstanding.
The staff were amazing to deal with online and I asked a lot of questions and spent two weeks deciding on the tree. This was the second tree I have had from this company, the first one bought over ten years ago.
I sold it a few weeks ago and the buyer was over the moon as it still looked like new.
My new tree arrived within five days to Spain and it’s absolutely beautiful, everyone thinks it’s real. Took a while to separate all the branches, they were so many and it’s very full, just what I wanted. The most stunning tree I’ve ever had so a very big thank you to you all and a very Merry Christmas
