INDIEN JE WIL OVERGAAN TOT DE AANKOOP VAN EEN WITTE KERSTBOOM VAN HET MERK ROYAL CHRISMAS --> niet doen !!!!!
Ze verkleuren na enkele jaren, wat ze helaas niet vermelden bij de verkoop
De buigbare delen vergelen helemaal, en de toppen blijven spierwit.
Mijn boom uit het jaar 2011 van meer als € 200.- mag toch langer meegaan dan 7 jaar, als je hem maar 1 maand per jaar gebruikt.
Probleem voorgelegd bij Royal Christmas waarop zei reageren dat dit kan gebeuren.
Spijtig van de boom, spijtig van de reactie!

Very very bad Customer service
I ordered a tree and by accident filled in my company details although it was a personal purchase. The tree was not satisfying to me So I returned it the same day. I received an extremely unfriendly e-mail stating that I have accepted T&C s and can not return it. I tried calling them but my call was not accepted.
Instead I received more unfriendly mail... Very bad Customer service!

Vorige week heb ik een Oregon kerstboom …
Vorige week heb ik een Oregon kerstboom met ingebouwde leds gekocht.
Op vrijdag de eerste keer de lampjes laten branden, en op zaterdag... niets meer. Meteen gebeld, en ze stuurden me meteen een nieuwe adaptor op (2 zelfs)... Helaas van het verkeerde type.
Dan maar opnieuw telefonisch contact gemaakt en geprobeerd uit te leggen wat er verkeerd is gegaan, maar ze eisten, en bleven eisen dat ik alles per mail regelde. Waar ik geen zin meer in had, natuurlijk. Ik wou een menselijke stem horen zeggen dat we vòòr Kerstavond (binnen 4 dagen!) lichtjes gingen hebben. Ze gooiden de telefoon gewoon dicht..
Bij heropbellen... meteen op de haak....
Wordt hopelijk vervolgd...
Ondertussen is er een nieuwe adaptor onderweg.
Duimen maar!
..En 't is weer een verkeerde....

Arrivato in ritardo e non quello che avevo ordinato
Sconsiglio vivamente chiunque a comprare da questa ditta. L'albero, mi è stato consegnato in due fasi e in ritardo. Ordinato il 7 Dic. e ricevuto dopo Natale. Non era il tipo ordinato, troppo alto, ed inoltre si presentava con aghi di tre tipi diversi oltre al fatto che i rami sono molto radi e ben diverso da quello pubblicizzato nel sito.

Sapins artificiels magnifiques
J'ai eu l'occasion, à deux reprises maintenant, de commander des sapins en PE (Delaware de luxe, 2m10 et 1m50). Rendu magnifique et bluffant de réalisme. Bon nombre de visiteurs ont longtemps cru qu'il s'agissait de vrais arbres.
Livraison impeccable et dans les délais annoncés.
Félicitations à toute l'équipe de Royal Christmas !
PS : le site internet n'est pas très ergonomique et peut rebuter certains clients potentiels. A améliorer.

Schlechter unkulanter Service und schlechte Ware
Einem Kauf bei Royal Christmas kann ich nicht empfehlen
Der zugesendete (übrigens dauerte es über eine Woche) Baum war ein aus geschrederten Plastikstreifen zusammen geklebtes etwas. Nicht ansatzweise realistisch aussehend.
Den Versand zurück nach NL muss man selber zahlen, was aus D nicht günstig ist. Mehrmaliges beten um einen Rückholauftrag wurde ignoriert.
Zu dem wurden zusätzlich 10€ von der Rückzahlung abgezogen, mit der Begründung sie müssten einen Neuen Karton für den Baum bereitstellen. €10 für einen Pappkarton!!! Da war bei mir alles klar: royalchristmas nicht nochmal!

Wenn den kuenstlicher Weihnachtsbaum zurück wird geschickt, erhalt der Kunde das Totalbetrag wieder zurück auf Ihre Konto.
Wenn den Packung ganz verputzt ist mit Klebeband müssen wir obligatorisch ein Neue Packung für den kuenstlicher Weihnachtsbaum da um machen.
Glücklicherweise, fast jeder Kunde hat die Packung Korrekt wieder zuruck geschickt.

Bloß nicht bei der Firna kaufen!!
Ich würde jedem den Kauf bei Royal Christmas abraten!
Der sogenannte Service war nicht wirklich vorhanden da man einfach abgeblockt wird und man dauernd auf E-Mails verwiesen wird!
Bei nachfragen ob man mit einem Vorgesetzten sprechen könnte wurde man beleidigt und beschimpf.
Rücksendung war für die Firma ein Fremdwort. Auf mehrmaliges beten um einen Rückholauftrag wurde das dezent ignoriert ( aus Österreich war es fast nicht möglich das Paket so zurück zu schicken)
Anscheinend wird man bei zu schlechten Bewertungen gemeldet denn meine erste Bewertung wurde gelöscht und man kann sich denken wieso.
Mein resüme: lieber nicht bei Royal Christmal.nl kaufen!!!

It´s exactly the same christmas tree I ordered in Royal Christmas website
I bought a Delaware Deluxe that I ordered last 9th Dec. and I have just received it this morning. Today is the 15th and I live in Madrid. I haven´t had any problem at all. In fact, they were very kind when I applied for shipment details online.
I recommend to buy a Delaware Christmas Tree from Royal Christmas as it´s beautiful and easy to assemble.

Prodotto molto buono e rispondente alla descrizione
Prodotto arrivato in tempi brevi (nonostante un problema dovuto al corriere) e decisamente rispondente alle aspettative! Ho ordinato un Washington Deluxe 210 con led ed è veramente bello, rami molto folti, led ben posizionati e montaggio senza problemi.

now being ignored this company i believe acts fraudulently
charged me twice, and wouldnt acknowldege that they were having problems with the website which they still are!!!!
i only recieved one invoice for one order, and im expected to pay for their mistake, this company has now been reported to trading standards and my bank are now looking into the issue,
WISH ID NEVER ORDERED FROM THEM AT ALL!
THEYVE LEFT ME £131 OUT OF POCKET!!!!
TOTATLLY UNACCEPTABLE ESPECIALLY AT CHRISTMAS!!!

I am still waiting for them to replace last year Christmas Tree, they told me a few months.. its been 9 months and no answer.
its unacceptable!

He enviado 8 emails a tres direcciones distintas (entre ellas la que me indican en mi primera queja) y meses después sigo sin respuesta ni solución.

terrible service, defective christmas tree don't buy from them!
I bought a very expensive pre-lit christmas tree, and half of the lights did not work. I contacted the company by phone right away, and they were going to send me a replacement before christmas, a month ago.
The replacement never arrived, they don't answer my emails, the worst customer service ever! and christmas its almost here!
Don't buy from them!
