A professional company and my dog is always happy staying there

Bailey only stayed one night , he seamed fine when we got him home.

Great place and staff are amazing, dog always enjoys but the prices are becoming extortionate since Royvon took over.
Have gone from paying £35 a night when it was Fur Indoors (Bridgend), to £62 for a one night stay now it's Royvon Bridgend. Starts at £50 then £5 add-on for "high peak surcharge" (summer months) and another £7 for "late pick up fee", although there is no discount for late drop off. I still recommend the place to friends but advise them all they need deep pockets now it's part of a corporate chain.

I am a regular and long-time Royvon customer and they are consistently and fantastically awesome. Not sure what more I can add, apart from that! Would highly and wholeheartedly recommend them.

Friendly staff, good communication and feed back. Dogs are always happy to go with staff. Really secure premises.

I feel confident that my dogs are safe and well cared for at Royvon. The staff are very helpful and friendly and my dogs love them. There’s a great range of activities for them to take part in so their differing needs are well met. I enjoy receiving regular updates about their stay. The latest stay was 12 days and they are happy and healthy on their return home.

We wanted to trail run a stay for Luca as we wanted to go on holiday and he's never been away from us. Luca initially stayed overnight, then 2 nights and eventually 10 days. We could tell he thoroughly enjoyed his stay and we were well updated daily on his progress with pictures, videos and reports. This gave us piece of mind and kept us happy, knowing he was well looked after and cared for while we were away. We can't thank the staff enough for taking care of our baby boy - who we know can be a bit of a handful. Thanks to everyone at Royvon!

We cancelled our boarding with you. After multiple attempts at getting my large refund back I have still heard nothing. Your Bridgend branch is so hard to get in contact with. I have emailed you used your online account contact form I have used what's app. We have even used the old phone method with no answer. Your customer service really does need to be looked at. I am very disappointed by your silence.

Bertie is now just over 2 and has gone to Royvon for puppy training and boarding. I cannot praise the staff highly enough. They really care about the dogs and that means so much to us when we have to go away.

I had a six week training course with Mimi. She was amazing. Not only she taught and corrected so much with my dog but she also taught me so much. Now both my dog and I understand each other a lot better. Whenever I say Mimi’s name, my doggie gets so excited. I strongly recommend Mimi if you have an introvert dog like mine.

THEY DIDNT FEED OUR PUPPY.

When we collected our puppy from Royvon he was very lethargic. We looked at the food we'd measured out for him, and it was virtually untouched.

After admitting they hadn't fed him, Royvon firstly gave the excuse that it was a busy time of the year for them, then subsequently changed the excuse saying that staff didn't realise he was still there.

He also came back covered in a rash that he still hasn't fully recovered from.

Finally we only received photos for one of his enrichment sessions and received no reports at all. When questioned about this, Royvon stated that staff had deleted them. We strongly suspect he didn't receive the remainder of his enrichment sessions or toilet breaks that we paid so much money for.

We left our 8yr old border collie Pip with Royvon for 3 nights whilst we were away. Although Pip has been a regular at doggie daycare for 5 yrs she has never been away from any of the family overnight before.

We needn’t have worried. The team at Royvon are extremely professional and facilities there are first class. Everything was organised in advance and the hand over seamless. We booked a larger room, play and walks…it was well worth doing so. The updates we received daily showed us just how much fun Pip was having and reassured us that this was the right decision.

I cannot thank the team enough for looking after Pip and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Royvon Esher. I am more than happy to book Pip in again…money well spent and if I could give 6 ⭐️ I would.

Romeo is an amazing trainer - he is really great with large breeds and gives you the confidence and training to further his initial training. He is fantastic dealing with issues such as reactivity and re-socialisation. Our dog also trusted him and enjoyed the reward based training. She is so much calmer and enjoying her life much more due to Romeo.

Nothing but praise for the company. My dog has been looked after and trained by Royvon (Nake) from about 2012 since she was three years old. There has always been a personal touch from the owner Darren, Reception staff, Nake, Romeo and other staff. My dog is sometimes dog on dog reactive and they knew exactly how to handle her right from the start. I have recommended Royvon to a fair amount of dog walkers who were struggling with their dog. Although it is some distance for us to travel to drop her off, distance is no problem for the peace of mind I have that my dog is safe with staff who love the dogs. It's amazing that I can check in every day to see her photos and videos. So, thank you Darren and Royvon staff for looking after Sophie so well over the last 10 years. Long may it continue! I discovered this place on a whim when I was looking for places for my dog to go to for when my family goes on holiday. She is an anxious dog and can sometimes be difficult, so we were concerned about her having issues. We sent her for a weekend to try the place and the booking process helped me feel I had control over her experience. I was able to arrange walks and playtime with or without other dogs and make any notes regarding her health/behavior. You really do have control over your dog's stay! Pick-up was really swift as well and the staff was so sweet. The crate in the car was also fully lined with blankets, much to my dog's delight. Furthermore, they send you photos of your dog's activities which was so comforting to see her get on. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for all dogs, even those who may struggle with behavioral issues!

Not impressed at all.
Can’t see where dogs are kept.
Use own leads that choke dogs.
Reason gave lose others.
Dog came back extremely depressed would enter kitchen or garden and hid.
Could tell lead had choked him as didn’t want to leave my side on a walk at all.
Got so bad had to take him to the vet who saw no physical reason said psychological.
I tried to contact via email and phone but nothing.
After a week tried and actually spoke to someone who said nothing had happened there.
How they knew this without checking I don’t know.
Please think before using this company.

Royvon Dog Training and Kennels at Esher were extremely helpful with our dog Surge. Their training programme not only teaches the dog basic obedience, but also encourages owners to learn how to handle their fur-babies. Romeo trained Surge and he was absolutely fantastic. We spent a great deal of time with Romeo and, whilst Surge is not perfect, he did learn a lot (and so did we!). Surge absolutely adores Romeo and every time we would see him, Surge would be over the moon! It's clear that the staff at Royvon care very much about the dogs.

After the training, we've utilised Royvon's kennel services whilst away on holiday, a couple of times. Because they work closely with each individual dog, they know their behaviour and traits and I trust them 100%. Any time I want to leave Surge with them, I have peace of mind that even though Surge isn't a fan of other dogs, he will be well behaved in a controlled environment.
