I had been looking for a boucle pouffe for a year and at last found a style and size I liked. Good delivery time. Kept well updated on delivery progress and love the product. I am very happy with my purchase.

I was looking for a different type of ahad but all of the ones I found, were fairly standard. I searched o lune and found Ruma which had a greatnrange of unusual shades as well as standard. I found what I wanted and ordered straight away. I am delighted with thwm. Just what I wanted.

Purchased a lovely 13 drawer unit which was advertised in several other places for around £100 more. It is excellent quality and just what I wanted. Communication from the co was also very good. Really pleased.

Happy with product and service
Happy with my product and the service received from Ruma.
I had my eye on a lamp table that was out of stock, I had an email a few weeks later to say it was in stock so I ordered it straight away. It was delivered quickly and was packaged well. It appears to be a good quality product, we’re happy with it.

I am still waiting for my purchase despite emails confirming the order etc and that the lamp shade is in the warehouse!
I have contacted customer services as I hope this will arrive soon , it has been 3 weeks now and the emails have ceased!
