Would highly recommend it so convenient that it can all be done from home.

My wife found At first very good but then they cancelled very short notice before the appointment on several occasions and now very disappointed I would not recommend again. Tried calling left a message and got no response back

Ruuby is my go to app and I absolutely love it. Ruuby is there whenever I have a last minute emergency; hair, nails or waxing, and equally I love it for a relaxed evening massage. Trust the bad reviews. Awful experience with a “top rated” makeup artist and just the worst customer service. Avoid!

I went for a test to work at Ruuby which I did not pass.
I had to do the test with Alex(Alexandra).
I could see over the mask her rage eyes expression.
She looked for the little wound to poke arround and make it big .
I am not a perfect professional but my score where I work in is 4.9,so I must not be that bad.
Alex made up what her imagination made her to see .
Alex behaved as does the worst type of client that you can find and treated me as a bad professional
Was very bad luck find with someone like her .
I will go where I am respected and valued ,far of toxic people.

I’ve tried so many “highly rated” massage therapists and lash artists in the ruuby app and I after each one I’ve been disappointed. I don’t find the quality of service high. After having a very bad experience with a lash artist I have decided that I have finally decided I will no longer use the service after giving them multiple chances.
