Very professional, responsive on time

The team was amazing. I booked hair and make up for wrong date accidentally but they were able to accommodate my make up at least with same stylist for the day I meant to use. The make up artist was very professional and friendly - very happy

I used Ruuby to book hair and makeup for my mum and sister for my wedding day. Bianca was so lovely and professional. They showed her what they wanted and she did exactly what they asked for. They were very happy and my mum said she felt so good in her skin. Thank you Bianca!

Very misleading company. Therapists can add additional costs after treatments without clearly communicating or agreeing on those costs with the client beforehand, while the app does not appear to properly verify or confirm these charges with the customer. It gives the impression that increasing the value of the booking is prioritized over transparency.

Even worse, when a technical issue occurs, they seem unable to investigate it properly and instead charge customers for treatments that were never booked or received. Their system requires payment in advance to make a booking, so there should be no reasonable way for a treatment to be booked, provided, and unpaid. Yet when a technical issue apparently resulted in exactly this situation, they repeatedly requested payment instead of properly investigating what happened.

There is another serious issue: you book an appointment with a specific therapist, the therapist confirms it, and then you may discover that the therapist is unavailable and that the company has assigned someone else without properly informing you. The appointment remains in place, but the person providing the service has changed without your agreement.

Overall, the lack of transparency, poor communication, and inadequate handling of technical problems have completely destroyed my trust in this company. Very disappointing experience.

I booked this firstly using a code which then got removed as apparently too many people had used it? I really wanted the treatment so decided to still go ahead, even though others I knew had used the code already, but the level of the workmanship was not great. I have had many spray tans at home and this person got it all over my kitchen floor and surfaces. Will not be using this service again if that’s the experience I have as the person had good review too. If I am honest beware of the discount codes I think it was a huge marketing ploy in order to get people to download the app and book and then we all got cancelled.

A fantastic first experience booking through the RUUBY app- it was very easy to navigate the app and book my treatment. I quite easily added extra treatments through concierge and again, a very friendly and smooth experience. The hairstylist was very professional, arrived early and did an amazing job! Really happy with my experience and looking forward to using RUUBY again!

Had a voucher so booked a massage, it was cancelled less than 24 hrs later and was sent a generic email with a new voucher valued at significantly less to rebook. Wouldn’t recommend this app at all

I booked in for an express tan and it was amazing. This took a short amount of time and dried quickly, I did this 2 days before a wedding to allow it to settle and it came out perfectly. Would highly recommend
