We have been shopping all over and waiting for months for a replacement AC cover and RV Part Shop Canada was the only place who reached out to us when the item finally came back in stock. #1 service in our eyes.

We are very happy with the RV Tarp we ordered from The RV Part Shop.
We ordered it late in the season, so it went on backorder. But within 2 wks, we received an email saying they found one in-stock in the states.
No extra shipping charges, and we rec`d it in no time.
The quality of the tarp and the fit is quite good...and the communication was good as well...So we are happy campers ! ,,, LOL

Great selection. Easy to navigate wesite. Shipping was fine to deal with. Took a bit to get here but that is not an issue of rv partshop. The one thing i would do differently is. Explain in the awning section that you also need to purchase other parts as well. If you order an awning that that is all you will be getting. No mounting track and no drip edge. Also no arms. Besides this it was great to deal with you guys. I will use your service in the future.

We recently bought a East West 31 ‘ trailer. We wanted to purchase a King Mattress and protector and sheets. This was the only store that had the proper size. We contacted RV Parts Canada because of a Freind referral. We put our order in and received it shortly after. We had several questions that where promptly answered. We received the merchandise in perfect order and feel we received good quality products at competitive prices m. We highly recommend this company and plan to continue to shop there.

Parts that I ordered where back order but I was properly advised. They were shipped as soon as they became available. Great service!

Parcel was delayed by three months. They did not indicate that they were out of stock when purchase was made. Took my money and made me wait 3 months

When I ordered the part it was in stock and then I received word it was back ordered. I think you need to improve this as I told my customer the happy news and then had to tell him it was back ordered. Otherwise thank you.

Item came damaged but they were good at replacing the item. Reason for four stars is I had to wait until they received the damage item before they shipped replacement and the company they used to come get the damaged item was terrible. I lost two days work waiting for them. Almost the same cost as the item.

It 10 weeks to get our mirror but I understand it was a special order. When I texted for updates they always responded quickly. That is what kept me less stressed. Mirror was less expensive from you then anybody else. Would definitely order from them again
