Logistics and Inventory control did not…
Logistics and Inventory control did not match what was sold online.
After paying for product that was in local inventory with a delivery date of 3-5 days. Was not Notified of any delays or changes. I had to repeatedly contact supplier to track purchase.
Eventually product was shipped from USA on the slowest courier possible.
Negative note: Lost the sale of the boat because potential purchaser could not wait any longer to complete sea trial.
Positive note: product received in great shape.

The person at the parts counter was…
The person at the parts counter was very helpful. He explained to how to properly measure and order the right awning fabric. The fabric itself may not be as good as expected. The stitching where the fabric meets the trailer does not look like it has been sealed. Also the instructions that came with awning, stated to install screws (suppled) to hold the fabric centered on the roller. I install as instructed but the screw heads cut into the fabric cause a small tear on each end

I have not received my order
I have not received my order. I had Purolator do a Trace. The order could not be located : "We are unable to locate or provide proof of delivery. I recommend that you advise the sender that Purolator has completed their investigation and to confirm next steps."
Please inform me of what RV Part Shop will do to resolve this issue. Thank you.

Replacement water heater
Very helpful in finding me a replacement water heater for my trailer.Propane heater was not an option so an electric heater was suggested.It installed easily and works great.Would recommend dealing with them for all your trailer needs

Feels like some identity fraud front
Feels like some identity fraud front. Why do you need my date of birth to create an account. First website in 5 years I did not feel comfortable using my credit card on and used PayPal instead.
Took longer than estimated to ship the items and then it came from Quebec.
I did eventually receive my item and it was as described.

Shipped without any protective packaging
I received the propane tank that I ordered, thank you. However, it has been shipped through Canada without any package of any sort. Result: The anti rust paint has been chipped and scrached in several locations during shipment. This is a serious issue for a tank that needs premium rust protection because it is intended to fit under a RV and will be exposed to weather...

Sorry about that, the only way to box these tanks would be an expensive crating process which would make them more expensive. However, we should have at least put some protective wrapping on the tank to prevent scratches. We'll try to do better, thanks for pointing this out.
