Not my first eye exam in East Dulwich, each time I have been in i've gone for the enhanced eye examination, and must say the eye test is a thorough exam, and always given the option for the scans to be emailed to me,
I would definitely recommend r wood falls, the staff are always welcoming and helpful

Original Stepper frame 4 years old broke above the arm - lenses removed and refitted by Tracy/Woodfalls into a replacement frame - v luckily sourced by Stepper Penny A. Op manager.

Had my eyes tested here recently and Annie was so helpful and thorough. She explained every aspect of the test and the results and was really friendly and patient. I never felt rushed at all.

Our whole family had excellent care and service. An unusual finding was followed up with further tests and onward referral.

I had my first contact with Woodfall Opticians a few weeks ago after being with my old optician for many years. I was looking for somewhere more local to provide new glasses.
An appointment was available the following day for an eye test. It was personal, friendly and professional service from the get-go, right down to the offer of a cup of coffee to fill in the ten minute wait!
They are a wonderful team, and I am thrilled with my new glasses, despite a problem with the lenses on collection, necessitating their return to the lab. I returned a week later to pick up the new, perfected version and I could not be happier.

Everyone is so friendly and helpful. It really is a place where ‘everybody knows your name’ and no question is too small

I had to pay again for the lenses the Optition prescribed incorrectly for me. I had to pay again for the new frame, when I got my glasses back the arms were loose, the lens was scratched.

An overall good experience with a thorough examination and lots of information on my eyes and eyesight.

It's Christmas time and cleaning up for the big day under the stairs something fell knocking my lens out. It was after 1pm, Christmas eve when I rushed down and asked for Richard's and the teams help. I need my glasses for everything including driving. With some older family members staying with health conditions I needed the option to drive just in case.

Richard and the team with expertise and ease put the lens back in place. I am looking forward to seeing Richard and the team in the new year to organise a new spare set!

The staff the professionalism the kindness and the atmosphere

Had a bit of a panic as my eyes were very sensitive to the light and some changes in my eyes that were concerning. Called up R Woodfall Opticians and the receptionist lady was very friendly and courteous. I enquired about their OCT and eye exam and I was booked in the same day for an OCT. The optician who saw me was professional and answered all of my questions. I was also choosing between two types of heat pads for my eyes and one of the receptionist lady paid attention to me and helped me choose. Having someone focus on you and not have their attention divided is important. From the start to the end the whole team have been welcoming and professional. One of the best professional services that I have ever experienced and I highly recommend it.
