Collecting holding deposit from someone you know you ain’t renting an apartment to, only God knows how many people would have paid holding deposit for same flat, I’m sure you know what that means

It was great to meet the Lettings Valuer, Amanda Bell, who came to value our property. Amanda was very professional, friendly, and up to date on the latest legislation regarding lettings. In addition, all forms and paperwork were fully explained prior to them being sent over. We are very pleased with the service to date!

They have always been enthusiastic to help with queries and when we needed to move quickly they worked hard to get us into our new property as soon as possible. Ellie was lovely and helpful in getting us settled into our new home and Rachel was forever sweet and helpful on the phone no matter how many times I called up to pester!

Great company. Absolutely amazing and so helpful towards any questions which needed answering. I met up with Ellie Hyde for during my viewing’s on the house and then also to collect the keys. She made sure everything was fine and went through every bit of information I needed to know about the property. She took her time to listen to what I had to say and not to rush me at all in the process.

Poor communication from the very start. Misleading information provided by the agent who did our initial viewing, which has led to us incurring a further cost down the line. Nice and friendly when you manage to speak to someone but overall very poor experience.

The rental side of Ryder and Dutton are more communicative and responsive than the buying and selling side in my opinion.

Mustafa has been working with us for our portfolio recently and is just amazing. Friendly, professional, tell you facts if you're not sure and is fantastic as being fair to both Landlord and Tennant. It's a refreshing change as we aim to be the best Landlords possible and with Mustafa by your side he really helps us to achieve this with a professional and clear manner. He doesn't 'cut corners' or take the easy option, he genuinely seems to work tirelessly to work WITH us. What a credit to R&D he really is.

Absolutely awful service would never use again we went for a 2 bed house 2 days before we were moving in we was told we couldn't have the house after getting told to put our notice in from together housing, we were nearly homeless due to the poor service of ryder and dutton they didn't even care they just said you can't move in we don't know why. Avoid at all cost
