I was disappointed to find that despite being in receipt of all documentation R&D took a further 6 days to put the property on the market.
I understand that this was due to Amanda having a full diary but why was there no back-up support?

Thanks for your review. I am sorry that it took 5 working days to get out to your property and take photos and put together the marketing material to get your property on to let. Unfortunately in the busy market that we have, all of our valuer team are equally busy so were unable to step in to take the photos any earlier than the valuer that is local to your property. We are usually able to do this quicker but in this instance this was the earliest possible appointment. We thank you for the instruction and with viewings already booked in we look forward to finding you a tenant as quickly as possible.

Exceptional service
From the moment we enquired about letting our house we have been looked after incredibly and guided through every step of the process. Gabrielle and Rachael in particular have been extremely helpful and responsive to every request. We were concerned about how much work was going to be involved, but the communication, professionalism and expertise of Gabrielle and Rachael has made the process feel seamless.
We could not recommend Ryder & Dutton highly enough for both landlords and tenants. Their professionalism, industry knowledge and knowledge of the market is exceptional and we are confident that the ongoing management of our property is in good hands for both ourselves and the tenants.
