It was a long journey but Ryder and dutton was there the whole journey, arranged last minute viewings and answered any questions we had. I would recommend them.

Claudette was amazing from start to finish. It wasn’t the easiest of sales but she went above and beyond after the sale to help the buyers and ourselves get everything completed and kept us reassured and up to date. All the office staff were really helpful as also dealt with Lisa who knew everything about the sale and where we were up to can’t thank everyone enough.

Claudette has been a great help throughout the buying process, always answering our emails promptly and being a good point of contact between us and the sellers to make sure the sale went as smoothly as possible.

Fantastic service with both selling and purchasing. Elizabeth was in charge of both our sale and purchase and gave exemplary customer service, she was always quick to communicate with us and very friendly and helpful. We feel let down by Ryder & Dutton also our solicitor, we.ve had nothing but trouble since we moved in,Boiler hadn't been serviced in years,its an old one so now we have to buy a new one.We did ask for this to be done,trouble with gas meter ,found out it was a card meter,still having trouble with that,they had a debt on it which we found out we was paying it.Electrics not good having trouble with that,so not very happy about the service we have paid for....

The viewings were managed by Ryder & Dutton as we live 200 miles away from the property. I was kept informed at all stages of the sale and found Claudette polite, and also accessible when I needed to speak with her.
