Ordered a Skyglider saber, not custom so should have been fairly quick turnaround, took 8 weeks to arrive instead of 5£3 average 4-5 (was meant to be a Christmas Present) and received it in January instead. Product arrived and it doesn’t turn on, followed all the instructions and carried out the troubelshooting including watching their videos of how to sort the issue. Still nothing. Have contacted them to raise the issue and heard nothing back. Their ‘blackfirday sale’ also re-sets at midnight everyday to draw you into thinking you are getting a deal. They only offer exchange or store credit on returned ‘sale’ products. Do not recommend. Stay clear of this company.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! Company is a scam. Ordered 5th November email said 3-4 weeks. Nothing arrived, tracking like doesnt work, contacted them and was told item would arrive before xmas...it didnt, no reply to any emails since. Requested a refund from Paypal.
This company also change their base price depending on the sale they have on. I only notoced as my 50% discojnt was cheaper than the 65% they had on after. DO NOT USE THEM

Ordered a dual saber pack in early November and paid for 2 week priority delivery. It is now December 24th and there hasn't been a single update on the order. It still says order placed. The tracking link doesn't work and the company haven't responded to a single email I've sent despite claiming they guarantee a response within 48 hours

Ordered a lightsaber in 15th october and still havent got my lightsaber and its now 24th descember, it says unforfilled in my account and they stopped answering my emails, they said it would arrive before christmas but it hasn’t. They said at first that it would take 4-5weeks to get it chipped to norway..
I would not recomend saberzone and please do not order from them, they are scammers..

Ewig lange Lieferzeiten (immerhin kam was an), aber schlechte Produktqualität. Lichtschwert nach 3 maliger Benutzung defekt, Support reagiert nicht.

I wouldnt buy anything from this company, there is no communication from the sellers side and will ignore you even when you cancel within the 24h. Do not expect any help when something is broken or needs replacing.

J’ai envoyé 4 Mails à ce jour sans réponses , je voulais offrir les sabres à mes enfants pour Noël.. je viens de déposer une plainte contre cette entreprise qui ne répond à aucun de mes mails , ils sont supposés répondre dans les 48h , ce sont des escrocs n’achetez pas chez eux . Délais pas respecté pour certains pour ma part aucune réponse. Ces voleurs vont regretter d’avoir ouvert cette entreprise !

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered over two weeks ago. I paid £359 including extra for faster shipping (in two weeks). Its over two weeks now and tracking shows it has not even been posted. I received no updates stating there would any delays. I have tried to contact customer service but get no reply. There is no number to call or official email. They were Christmas presents and with no updates I feel this company has really screwed me over. Do yourself a favour and don’t buy from them. Other reviews are stating they are sending Aliexpress quality sabers from China at double the price.

It's a scam. I ordered my saber on the 01 of October and after 4 weeks went by I sent a mail and a standard response came then 2 months and the just stop replying to mail and I'm not expecting my refund to ever com

Ordered and told 3-4 weeks. It’s now in fourth week and the tracker says it’s ordered but not even prepared or never mind out for delivery etc. definitely not going to be here for Xmas. Going to be down a present cause they are lazy or incompetent.
I contacted the customer service and nothing. I got spammed with email ads but no receipt by email. Took ages for the account authorization email to hit me. Really shady company. Get back to me and il delete this review.

Placed an order. After 2 months, I have not received my order which is still listed in progress. I contacted the company 3 times and have received zero replies. Do NOT recommend.

I ordered a stand for a saber and a belt clip, with other words a small order. I placed the order on the 25th of October and 4 weeks went by, the delivery time was said to be 3-4 weeks but nothing other than an order confirmation had come my way. So I emailed and asked about it, the answer which came quickly was a lot of nonsense about holiday seasons and offer about a discount or small refund. Being that my order was small and I like believing that people try there best in small companies to get things going, I rejected the offer and said that I just wanted the stuff I’ve ordered.
A thanks and a promise of doing there best to ship it before Christmas came, but here we are 2 weeks later and 2 away from Christmas and still nothing. I’ve emailed about an order cancellation and refund and this time they haven’t been to quick to respond. All in all I’d give this one a pass and keep your money.

Don't waste your money, went for the premium version of unit and when I got it and had time to fully play about with it, it defiantly was faulty so I sent in a email about product, over a week later I resent my email and they said they didn't receive any emails so agin sent them a screen shot of my emails and sent the original reply, they then wanted a video of product and for the so called technical team but video over email can only be 11 seconds and a set size total so I created a sharable album and sent them the link and again ages to reply and now 9 days since they replied, I have sent so many emails now I'm am now looking in to further action as I payed s lot of money for a faulty product.

They have a business address but they are a virtual client the business centre explained and they gave me a email for them that isn't advertised any where so again email that one with pics of all the back and forth emails ect ect and guess what a week later and nothing still, product bought at the beginning of October and received it at the end of the month and this is a UK based company apparently.
There just criminal simple as that.

I was refunded in full after writing several emails and giving this review. Because of the refund I change it to a 2*. I am still disappointed in the quality of the product and the very slow service. I would have wished to get a good product and no hassle. At least they ended honestly. A shame it went so slow and I still stand with no sabers for the kids.

Sent the wrong sabers, extremely slow service, and useless answers once they answer.

It was a birthday gift for my son and he was so happy to see the sabers, but when he opened and it wasn't the saber he had wished for he stayed strong and said it was ok. But it was 100% plastic and so was the quality. Within the first day the connection for dual saber broke and now everytime the tip hit anything the saber turns off.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I purchased a saber and after reading reviews decided to cancel the order within 2 hours of making it. In hindsight I should have checked the reviews first….

2 weeks on and I am still chasing a refund as I am being only offered store credit.

I will be issuing a chargeback through my bank as this is theft at this point as my order wasn’t processed and I have received nothing in return for them taking my money!

AVOID.
They sold me a faulty saber, tried to send me some replacement electronics so I could rewire myself, and at best offered me store credit when I asked for a refund.
I’m still chasing a refund a month after faulty saber was delivered.

Absolute nightmare. Instead of the 2-5 days delivery, it took 22 days without any (human) response. Just bald automatic 'whe are looking, we will search' mails. When the parcel arrived it was delivered... With just the carrier sticker on top, showing what is inside and ruining the whole gift surprise factor. If you are reading this, search for a Chinese provider and save your time, money and bad feelings.

As a price bracket I guess you get what you pay for, once you get your saber you will be momentarily pleased but before long and when something goes wrong you will realise your mistake in buying from these who have no idea of customer service or product aftercare, they are a cheap company with poor products.
Before you buy I suggest doing some searching because there are some extremely good UK saber dealers with far cheaper neo/xeno sabers with fantastic customer service and product help on hand.
I am now the owner of a piece of burnt out rubbish from Saberzone, poor quality, poor communication, poor attitude and an all round poor company.

I've bought a light saber for +/- €150 1-6-2022.
I have received the Light Saber on 16-6-2022 send from China
At first it worked well but after one day the button to switch on and change modes doesn't work properly anymore.
I have asked Saberzone what I can do about it but they haven't given any advise what to do.
I'm still waiting.
Yesterday 22-6-2022 I wrote I want to send back the Light Saber and want a refund.
I hope I get some answers soon but I'm not confident they will.
For any one who wants to buy a light saber I do not recommend Saberzone.

I wanted a lightsaber for so long, and after research Saberzone seemed one of the best out there.
I had an issue that I had to reach out to customer service and honestly was some of the best online customer service I have ever had. Truly a great team that sorted my issues and got my product all sorted and sent off to me.

And since it has arrived I can't put it down. The neopixel is amazing, the quality of the actual saber is just stunning. I'm insanely happy I chose them and I definitely recommend using them if you want a saber product.
