I placed an order for a saber on 3.3.22. I payed by Klarna and never received confirmation of order (Klarna) I received notification via email for Saberzone however I was a little concerned that partial payment has been held in my bank.

I contacted numerous times but took a while to respond. I received the saber yesterday (17.3.22) it arrived a lot quicker than expected so was a nice surprise when I returned home from work.

The saber is great has great functions and quality is what you would expect for spending around £100-£200 so in relation to what I purchased its what i expected ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

However the slow response is why I'm leaving a 4⭐️ review because communication could be improved. It was resolved in the end which I am grateful for. Won't put me off ordering again because they were helpful when they responded 😊

Lost the charger to my saber and asked CS What kind of charger it was so i could buy a new one, their reply:

No worries! Just take your saber to any charger or laptop repair show and they can surely provide you with the correct one! 😉

JUST TELL ME WHAT KIND OF CHARGER IT IS!

Also sidenote, they promote "5 stars" and a 4.8 Rating while it's only 4.3 and 4 stars, scum business

Ordered 2 sabres from the UK 29/11/21 and received 14/12/21 superb delivery time with the box in superb condition..I have a few sabres already purchased from others and these are a great quality buy..obviously shipped from China most stuff is today do your homework first I knew this when purchasing so pay with your CC for extra protection..The sabres are a great buy the build is excellent and my boys love them. Smooth swing is amazing colours are awesome completely changeable.Customer Service is brilliant..they reply and action straight away.I am very very picky on Star Wars as a massive fan very pleased with these sabres..the boys are no longer padwans now are Jedi..Thankyou Saberzone for making my boys Christmas.May the Force be with you!!

I ordered a saber for my son a year ago but never received anything.
Their customer service is saying that I have received it, but they can't find the proof of delivery for some reason.
I would not trust them at all!

I was hesitant about this before I got my saber because of the comments... But I can't really understand them? The saber is fantastic and everything about is just spectacular! I really recommend buying one! It's very high quality and I love it!

Poor quality - AVOID. Do your research and buy from reputable companies (Padawan Outpost etc) - these folks are scammers who overprice their sabers hugely.

I ordered a product completely normally, but within 30 minutes I received a confusing email that said my order had been lost and I had to "reclaim it". This was actually some kind of ad because it actually had me put in a second order for the same thing, and I immediately contacted support letting them know the purchase was accidental and due to a confusing email which I now suspect had been made vague on purpose, anyway its been 3 days, I've sent plenty of emails and I've heard nothing from support.

If a light sabre develops a fault:

You don’t repair it even within the 12 months

You only send video clips on how to fix and the customer has to do it themselves.

If anything goes wrong , no spare parts available and the customer has to buy a complete new light sabre.

Saber not working when it arrived customer service was OK but kept looking for videos and images of saber doing nothing

"Marla" customer services has been great and to be honest I did feel sorry for her, if had known the products were this poor quality I certainly would not have spent £300 with this company.
Not impressed at all.

Great Product. Lightsaber is better than I expected

My lightsaber is absolutely beautiful. So easy to use, wield, and customize. The customer service was fast and professional when I asked questions. My lightsaber arrived earlier than the estimated time of arrival, which I'm amazingly impressed with.

Great sounds, the colours are awesome, but I take that one star due to the loose battery clips, other than that it's perfect

Bought their Skyglider for a hefty £250. Arrived not as described/photographed. Asked for a return but their customer service has been slow and unresponsive. Lightsaber itself was just shipped from China and is of poor quality. If you are UK based buy from the much better Padawan Outpost - same price.

Before I ordered from Saberzone, I was very hessitant, as I read some bad reviews stating "They were not made in the UK" and that people had recieved no notification from them after contacting them. Within the discription it states they are made in china and shipped to the UK, This did not bother me as the item I recieved was high quality and I am in love with it. I have dreamt since I was a little child of owning a lightsaber like this and now I have. Holding the lightsaber is just how you imagine not too heavy but can do damage. I showed my daughter and she said "I want one" So I am now going to buy one for her birthday. I cannot express my joy with this item. Dont listen to the negative reviews. This comapany is a great company.

The Saber is great just wish you sold stands and belt holsters for the sabers.

Brilliant service and everything they email is relevant and adds incredible depth from the world of star wars to IRL

The product looks great, however there was no battery. I have emailed customer service and I am awaiting an response. Aside from that I hope to experience the saber in its glory soon!

Saberzone is a complete scam. Selling you Chinese quality Sabers from AliExpress resellers at 2-400% markup. You won't get your money back because shipping back the package international is nearly as expensive as the saber itself.
Save yourself some money and just buy the same saber on aliexpress.com for $50.
