This is the first time I am taking the time to write a negative review, but this one actually deserves no stars.

I don't have anything against drop-shipping or a marketing strategy that creates an impression of a sale discount opportunity being missed, by continuous countdown on company website.

I have ordered 2 lightsabers, one for me and one for my young padawan. Paid £218 for both.

The sound these toys were making is horrendous, it is painful to play, for the money...The user interface is also very confusing. So, I wanted to return for a refund... You can see 100% money back guarantee on their website, right, please read on... After a couple of days emailing someone reverted. Couple of times back and forth on the email, they advised me exactly: "According to our brand policy, so as long as it’s been 30 days since you received it and the product is working, with the box and manual that it came with, the device can be returned for a full refund"

I have boxed everything and sent back to the address provided...Tracked and fully insured.. (Paid another £16 for it). I have a delivery confirmation but absolute radio silence from the company since that last email. I have packing videos showing the devices in full working condition.

I am extremely surprised by any good experience shared by users in this forum. I am kicking myself now, as for once, I ordered something without doing my homework properly and here I am.

I advise everyone, who does not want to pay a fortune for an otherwise cheap toy and perhaps like me, never receive their refund, to stay away from this website.

I initiated a dispute with my credit card company and I am only hoping they will help with the resolution of the issue now.

I was worried after reading reviews (after I’d placed an order) but customer service has been excellent & very helpful especially as unsure what to buy as it was a gift. Every email answered promptly. I was informed of 5 - 8 week delivery after placing order but mine arrived much earlier (3 weeks & 2 days), well packed in branded box. Saber is working well, does everything it’s supposed to, colour changing, sounds, etc. One very happy Grandson!

Yesterday i become my lightsaber. It works good and it looks good. I didn’t understand the hard hate on this site. It’s a 100€ lightsaber and for this money im fine.

4 stars because it is from China... it isn’t handcrafted in UK.

Do not use this company. Bought a lightsaber in January. Paid well over the odds for a UK postal timeframe as was suggested on the website, but after over £100 paid with no item arriving found out it was still in China. When it finally arrived it didn't work. Over 40 emails later and 2 months past, still not resolved. Just get past from one 'department' to next with no action. No working replacement and no refund even though we asked for a refund within 14 days. One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with.

NO. Just....do not. I went for it rather too hastily and , in good faith, ordered a duo for some 250 ,- for our fencing club. Even offered a future deal of mass order if the product was good and the service satisfactory. Now what happened: basically everything that is said in other bad reviews happened to us as well. Very long time of delivery, lies about having to move their own production from UK to China due to Covid outbreak. Denying anything I asked them about just re-selling these and they vehemently defended these being their own designed product. After it arrived from Hong-Kong the customs fees were some 100 ,- and after I confronted them about this they just said to check the orders and shipping rules on their site and that it is mentioned there that they don´t care.. but are willing to alleviate this with some 10 ,-. But since our club is based in the EU and UK has customs-free zone agreements with the EU, them claiming to be UK based company backfired on them and now they have to pay the customs fees back (which they promptly did, which leads me to the conclusion they are pretty much aware that what they do is not even shady, but outright illegal. I will not pursue this further personally. But by writing this I hope others will, if they already got scammed, or if not, at least avoid Saberzone and buy from others). So, all thing considered - AVOID like the Black plague ! I will do all I can to spread this info and help others to not experience what we did. Have a good day ppl.

Avoid. Took three months to arrive and you also get an invoice from FedEx that you have to pay after you receive the item.
As soon as you ask for a refund they stop responding.

I ordered on 17 Jan 2021 and was pleased to receive it by 1 Feb 2021 (after reading some reviews that said it took ages). I didn't mind waiting, and I bought this saber specifically as my first duelling saber. I bought the initiate saber for £94 in their sale; it's meant to be lighter and for younger duellers but I am quite a short person. I am really pleased with it, it is about the length of a shoto (measurements on website are accurate).

It did arrive from China and it seems they have just ordered from a base manufacturer overseas. You can probably get it cheaper from Alibaba or a different website, but for the price of the saber I'm not mad at it (many others like saberforge are a bit out of my price range at the moment). I have dropped it accidentally a few times now with no issues, so hopefully it'll last a while. It's got great vibrant colours in it, my favourite being Ahsoka white and Luke blue. It's also got some cool sound profiles including the Darksaber which I'm loving!

I have since carried out some simple custom weathering on it using spray paint (used masking tape to mask the electronics etc) with no issues and it looks amazing now. I might buy from them again in the future if I'm looking to expand my custom saber range.

It's not a complete scam....but!

I recently bought from them.The good part is that the lightsabre did arrive within 4 weeks. It's fairly decent quality and it works.
The bad part is that sabrezone cosplay basically just buy far cheaper sabres from China and sell them on for at least double the price
Sabrezone use a flashy website to draw people in under the pretence that they actually make their own sabres. They don't. I can live with a company outsourcing their manufacturing to China but they don't even change the packaging to make it look like it's theirs. The only marking on the packaging says ' Custom Sabre'. There is nothing else inside or out which indicates who makes the product, even on the instructions. The packaging is poor with barely any cushioning inside the box to protect the sabre.
I ordered two sabres and they were stuck in the same box.

The sabre is not terrible at all it's just not worth the money. Maybe £40 -50 tops. The company would have far less complaints if they repackaged it professionally and with their own logos/instructions.

This is clearly a sabre that is available direct from sites like Alibaba much cheaper.

Unfortunately this is a common problems with most lightsabre selling websites

UPDATE - having had the sabres for a few weeks now I've given the company an extra star. They are of decent quality, work well and are durable. Again it's a shame they are packaged poorly and are just ones the company have bought themselves from cheaper sites.

I ordered two sabers from this company and received a tracking number. Although the website stated delivery would take place via DHL the tracking number rather seems to belong to Hermes.
After the promised delivery time of 9 to 19 days had passed I lost my trust in them and made use of my right to cancel, requesting a refund. I was told that they could not cancel processed orders and that they would refund me upon return of the products to them. Hermes tracking, however, says the items were not yet received by their distribution centre. So I insisted in a refund, which resulted in many responses, often within one day of me sending another email, denying my request. I was told again they could only refund upon receipt of the product back, I was offered store-credit to purchase the products another time, which I rejected, and I was told they would only refund upon return of the products because other customers had simply kept the products when they arrived after having received a refund, which, frankly, has nothing to do with me. They also said 30 days after "the promise time" (I assume they mean the promised delivery time of 9 to 19 days) they would open an investigation to "discover the best course of action", which is somewhat funny because when they wrote this the promised delivery time had been exceeded by 33 days already.
Today, 57 days after the order, I have still not received any products and no refund, and I will initiate a refund through PayPal after granting them a final deadline.

Same experience as others I'm afraid. Ordered an item on 29th November and it finally turned up 20th January.

The item itself was ok but not in anyway worth the price tag. The sound was awful quality and not east to turn down.

The reason it was poor quality compared to price was because Saberzone simply purchased it from TXQsaber which can be purchased from them directly for less than half what Saberzone charge.

Like others, the website led you to believe it was manufactured by them and of a high sporting standard. In my opinion this is not the case.

It does have a very well built hilt for the price TQXsaber charge and actually looks really good but I would certainly recommended it is not purchased from Saberzone; go direct.

Absolutely shocking company, I placed an order 28th November for a Light Saber for my sons Christmas present, unfortunately it never arrived. Contacted customer service on a number of occasions got replies from Mark stating lots of nonsense and excuses. Upon asking for a refund i was told that could only happen if the product had a fault, what a joke as you would need to receive it to see if it had a fault. Don't waste your time with these guys as its one long headache.

I’m not sure if I’d say this is a scam or just a small badly organised company struggling with large order numbers. But this is my experience as follows:

I order in November for a Christmas present. This should be plenty of time as their website says they are based in the UK and have a 9-19 day delivery promise and that you should receive tracking information within 7 days.

After 7 days I have received no tracking information, so I contact their customer services. They said they’d get back to me. They did not. I contact them again about a week later, and they say they’ll get back to me next week. I remind them of their 9-19 day promise and ask if it will arrive within that time frame. No response. After 19 days I contact them again. I get a response saying they are aware of the problem. None of this is particularly helpful.

Eventually I get a FedEx tracking number, but weirdly FedEx have no record of this parcel. I chase again and I get a Skynet tracking number. Now imagine my surprise when I discover that my lightsaber is being sent from Hong Kong.

What is also interesting about this tracking number is that a) the consignment was made 15th December, well after 9-19 day delivery window, and b) the parcel hasn’t been handed over to the courier despite saberzone claiming its in transit. I point this out to my Customer Service person who says “the courier forgot to scan the parcel.” And that it should arrive before Christmas. It does not.

By this point I’m asking for a refund. Obviously IF they handed the item over at all, it has got lost. Skynet doesn’t know where it is and neither do they. They refuse to refund me and tell me lost items will be replaced. They say they’ll get me a new version next week, it might even arrive before Christmas.

At this point I’ve raised a dispute with PayPal, and give them the full 30 days plus the 10 days after raising it to a claim to send me another lightsaber. They create another consignment, this time with FedEx a week into January, but never hand the item over to FedEx. FedEx actually emailed me to tell me that they hadn’t been given the item yet and apologised for the estimated delivery date being cancelled!

PayPal rule in my favour and return my money. I found an Etsy store that sell the exact same lightsabers for half the price and order one from them, which btw was perfect. So this saga gets a happy ending, but really Saberzone was not worth the stress.

I had also ordered a light saber in November and was told 9 to 19 days delivery, and this is the 17th December and I've had no ahopping updates. I'm given a link to FedEx who have no record of the order, and the Shop app tells me it's SkyNet and they have supposedly received documents. When you look them up, they have terrible reviews and also appear to be a scam like this.

I would never have ordered if I had known about that, I was originally told UPS I think, then FedEx. I have asked for a refund but will be claiming through PayPal.
