Very trustworthy and pleasant purchase
I made my first purchase with Cox the Saddler and I was very glad I did. The owner kept me informed of the progress of the purchase to be shipped to the US. She also made sure that I was aware of the correct measurement before the purchase.
The shop itself carries a fair amount of UK merchandises that we cannot find here in the US. I certainly will purchase from Cox the Saddler again.

Superb family run business
I’ve purchased two Barbour items from this family run business and will gladly use them again. Best prices, (after having done online research), superb customer service and super fast delivery go together to make a wonderful shopping experience, - recommended, - buy with confidence.

Fantastic and humorous customer service
My experience with Cox the Saddler was fantastic from start to finish. The selection of jackets was extensive, the ordering process was easy, and the customer service from Sara was not only prompt, but also hilarious.
