I purchased a dress from this site despite reading some bad reviews. Unfortunately when the dress arrived it did not look anything like the photographs online and was poor quality. I asked for a refund and this was declined and I was only given store credit. I also had to spend an extra £11 to return. I did not want store credit as I had lost trust but got an alternative dress which was very poor fitting. I have never heard of a company who doesn't offer refunds!

Terrible return policy for an online…
Terrible return policy for an online clothing company, not only do they only offer store credit you have to pay $12.99 for the shipping label and it cant come out of the credit. I've returned twice with them, and the second time they received my return 7 days ago and I still haven't received my store credit.

The sizing is so off - photos are misleading
The sizing is so off. I have tried and tried to use a credit and I am trying to find something and just can't. I have a size 8-10 waist and 12-14 top size. These clothes are only designed for waifs. The photos definitely trick you aswell. I ordered a dress and when it turned up it had tacky sequences over the pattern. My advice, go to an actual shop and don't use this online brand.

The clothes do not look nothing like the website. Worst fitting and looking. Nothing fits right and all looks super cheap. Expensive and rubbish. 2nd lots of return and will never buy of them again

My order took 3 weeks to arrive with the £16 delivery charge. Sizing all over the place. Store credit only for returns and told that would be 6-8 weeks. Terrible customer service.

I ordered a dress in plenty of time for an event, it was not sent in time and there for not delivered on time. The sizing is also ridiculously small. The customer service team are terrible and deflect customers and their concerns. Would not recommend at all.

I am extremely disappointed with both the quality of the dress I purchased and the customer service I received. The dress was nothing like the advertised photos. Despite ordering an XL, the fit was completely off, and the proportions were unflattering. Given my height and weight, I expected it to have a similar fit to what was shown on the model, but it ended up looking frumpy and poorly designed.
To make matters worse, the dress had loose threads on every single flower, making it feel cheap and unfinished. When I raised these concerns, customer service dismissed them, claiming the threads weren’t a fault and refusing to offer a refund. Instead, they suggested trimming the threads myself—why should I have to “fix” a brand-new garment?
Their policy of only issuing store credit is incredibly disappointing, especially when the issue stems from poor craftsmanship and design. After this experience, I have no intention of shopping with this company again, and I’m left with store credit I won’t use.
Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this brand to anyone. The combination of subpar quality and a lack of accountability from their customer service team makes it clear they care more about their profits than their customers.

Be wary - Product description lacks all the information. It's not clear within the product description that an item is not able to be returned.
When you try to work with them for a resolution to your problem, they ghost you and stop replying to emails.
They consistently copy and paste the same reply, which doesn't answer your question.
DO NOT SHOP HERE, unless you want them to take your money and not get what you truly deserve for your money.

Inaccurate size measurements …
Be aware that size measurements on their website are not accurate. You need to order 2 sizes larger or one size smaller than your standard size. Made in China. Also they only give credit , not refunds. All reviews on their website are positive as they delete the negative. Not an honest business.Buyer Beware.

Don’t waste your money!
If it was possible for a 0 star review that’s what I’d be giving. I’m a size 12 so according to the size guide on the website and measurements provided, I was a size L and it should have been PLENTY big enough. Unfortunately for me, the dress arrived and it was at MINIMUM 2 sizes too small. It was at least 3 inches too small in the body. I looked past the average quality when I opened it because I loved the cut and pattern on the dress. If you’re not going to provide an accurate size guide on line, you’re not selling the product that is being described on line (as per the consumer affairs website) and a refund is supposed to be offered, yet this company only offer credit notes? They probably know they’d be out of business with their bad quality, overpriced, ill fitting clothing if they offered refunds so have to scam people out of their money instead. Avoid at all costs!

If you can not get your sizing accurate-OFFER REFUNDS
Purchased two sized medium dresses,both were way too small. I have ordered a large dress around 4 months ago from this site that was gaping on me.
I have not gained any weight since then.
I now have to pay for return shipping and HOPE that the next two dresses fit as they don’t offer returns otherwise I have to pay shipping both ways again.
This is why I stick to showpo.
It’s 2024 everyone is struggling financially, how are we still only doing store credit? It is MY MONEY

Do your self a favour and don't even chance it, not worth it for the price you pay.

Very cheap quality, faulty, no refunds
Very cheap quality, dress was both too big and too short, and there was a marking on the fabric. When I asked to return it they would only offer a store credit - I never want to buy from them again. The price is also far too high for the quality - the dress was $84.95 AUD. Quality of SHEIN or worse.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
I’ve had an awful experience with this site. This is my first time purchasing from the site and the customer service is awful. The shipping was about $17 USD and stated that the product would arrive in 4-9 business days. The product finally arrived far beyond the expected delivery time. It was so long that it did not come on time for my bridal brunch. I had to last minute scramble to purchase a dress that I was not happy with from Amazon for the shortcomings of this sites shipping. When I reached out expressing my concerns and situation, the management did not care about the effects of the whole situation. They said the only option would be to return it for store credit. Not to mention, returning it is an additional $13 USD. This is a total of $30 just in shipping for a $70 USD dress that arrived 13 business days later arriving far past my event date. Do not trust this website. If anything goes wrong along they was I do not anticipate they would do anything about it. No care for their customers experience. - Joanne
