Needed some rope for my kite bar
Needed some rope for my kite bar. Original spare part from manufacturer was only available in US and was very expensive.. messaged these guys for a custom piece of rope with a loop at one end. These guys responded instantly and made my custom rope to same if not better standard to my original and sent it out same day.. amazing service from these guys. Gonna order same again for my other bar

Very helpful and efficient
It was helpful to be given advice before buying a sailing watch (I don't sail). It's a present so no feed back expected for a while but the easily navigated webpages and super speedy delivery made for a good buying experience!

Excellent product knowledge and proactive help
Very helpful team. I ordered a pair of new sailing boots and found Andrew’s product very helpful - particularly the warning about sizes.
The ordering process of straightforward with the website taking you through each step in the process.
I had a problem with the carrier, not Sailing Chandlery’s fault, where Andrew was very proactive in solving.
Looking forward to my boots arriving today ready for mid-week racing.
I will definitely be using Sailing Chandlery’s services again.

Finally time to upgrade some bits on my Laser, and am pleased to have been recommended Sailing Chandlery. It's easy to find what I needed based on boat type, and the phonecall I had to answer some queries was friendly and they couldn't be happier to help. Now the only question will be what to order next!

Rudder Wing Nut. No problem.
What a quick service you give. When the wing nut on my boats rudder sank to the bottom of the lake, I also sank. There was the days sailing gone. Later that day I was searching on line for the right part and found just what I was looking for, at the right price so now a few days later the rudder is back to normal and sailing has recommenced. Thank you.

Definitely floats my boat!
Excellent company. Knowledgeable and courteous staff and great range of products.
I have purchased many items for my two dinghies (Solo and K1) and they have always arrived well packed, on time or earlier and in perfect condition. Returns policy is simple and quibble free. Discounts are generous and always honoured.

This is my go to chandlery now.
Website is easy to navigate, they have a great range of products. I bought a set of D splicer fids. Arrival was as promised and they even popped some sweets in the packing. For a fast efficient and so far very reliable service. I have found my go to Chandlery.
